Thanks !

Great tips! As I work outside the home 5 days a week, and weekends are jam packed as DH works shift work, I am going to apply these to the weekends (and evenings- getting into my workout clothes as soon as I walk in the door!)
Love the clipboard ‘intermission’ – too precious!!! Holly, you are bang-on with #3 (and 1 and 2, also…). My 27-mon old boy loves to march and jump around when i do my intervals in his playroom. He tends to jump on me when i’m doing floor work as part of circuit though… we’re working on that. Thanks sooo much for the non-stop flow of awesome info and video
Hi Holly, structure is my biggest challenge. Actually it would be self discipline to maintain structure.
Otherwise I put it off all day long and then oops, the day has passed.
I have to remind myself how little time it takes and how much better I feel (and look) when I do my FYM workouts.
And that I don’t have ‘one more day’ to put it off, they add up to too many days!
I love your tip about wearing your workout clothes all day.
I find myself that if I have mine on it not only makes it faster and easier to get on with my workouts, it seems to trigger something somewhere in my mind – I FEEL like a workout mom :0)
Wish I had your tips when I had three little kids at home! Young mothers out there, I hope you realize how lucky are to have Holly so there for you- there’s no other coach that address these issues so empathetically, , professionally and aesthetically. You are truly unique, Rosalie
You’re my hero, Holly.
Yes, I can wear my cute workout clothes with my hair up in a clip. It sure beats wearing jammies past noon!
You are NOT kidding about needing the energy, Holly! Since I started FYM in April I am amazed at how much better I feel and the energy I have to keep up with my 8 kids!
Thanks for the tips!
Amy
Any chance you could write your video tips down? I only have access to the internet from work where they block us from watching any video clips. I always feel like I am missing out BIG TIME on much-needed advice!
Awesome video Holly! I am a WORK at home mom with a 7 year old daughter and a 3 year old special needs son. Plus for whatever reason we just got a 7 week old puppy. I am nearing the end of week 12 of my fit yummy mummy program and have only missed 3 consecutive days when I has a sinus infection. I find the time. Sometimes I do the 15min everyday, other days I do the half an hour because I know there will be no time the next day. I am exhausted with the work I do but you are right……exercise gives you more energy, makes you feel better about yourself and doesn’t make your butt look too bad either LOL
Holly,
Thank you for being so intuitive to our needs. I can relate to this article. Plus this summer has really been a struggle. I have had 1 thing after another bogging me down, tiring me, stressing me out, you name it I’ve dealt it. I have already put a set mind that the next transformation coming up, I am putting 100% focus into it. I’ve noticed since all that has been going on in my life these past months have caused me to get a bloated belly. It’s depressed me and I’m finally sick of it. I will definitely put #3 into play. I have 4 kids so that’s plenty of motivation for me. Thanks again.
