The new transformation kit will not only benefit me but will also benefit my 65 year old mother and my 18 year old daughter.

My mother is still active in her career as a bank executive. Her diet is poor, she suffers from high blood pressure and insomnia, and has over 50 pounds to lose. I’ve told her about the wonderful benefits of FYM but she claims to not have the time to do it. She is under so much stress that I really worry about her. If she would just try FYM I know she would succeed.

My daughter is 18 and only about 10 pounds overweight but really needs healthy eating and simple exercise strategies to help her avoid the weight gain so common for college students. To even be able to do the workouts in her dorm room would give her fewer excuses to skip them.

The transformation kit would be a terrific way for the 3 of us to have our own transformation challenge this summer. With the whole nutrition and exercise plan mapped out it would be easy and fun! As a FYM myself, I have learned the benefits of this lifestyle. It would be wonderful to share this with my family, especially my mom!

Hi Holly, I’m 61 years old with two grown up children. I’m retired but still working as a consultant in education and training. After retirement I had more time to take care of myself, including going to the gym. But after more than 2 years, I have lost some weight and changed my diet, but my visceral fat is still on the high end. I’m sure that if I use your transformation kit I will lose that stubborn fat and maintain my ideal weight too so that I can enjoy a healthier life.

Hi Holly, I am a 44 yr old mother of 6 of my own kids and 3 step kids now all older. I also have 4 grandchildren. I dont fit into the category of yummy mummy but I once did. I would like to again. I have suffered from depression for a couple of years and have lost my direction in life. My energy is zapped and confidence is at an all time low. I currently weigh nearly 85 kgs but know I should be somewhere around 64. Recently I heard there is a strong evidence of excercise and healthy diet assisting in recovery from depression. Having lost all hope of a bikini body many years back I admit I only glance briefly at your emails as they arrive in my in box, and then tell myself there is no point reading them coz that will never be me. So why did I read your email this time? I’m embarrassed to be even writing this but I hoped maybe it will help me get my life back.

Holly, I was a FYM Club member and spent more time reading the forums than doing the workouts. With the best intentions, I didn’t succeed with the program as I should have — I didn’t make the commitment. Being online leads me down a rabbit hole of sitting on my butt for too long. Then I get mad at myself for “wasting” 1-2 hours online when I could have done my workout.

10 weeks ago I had jaw surgery and a hyoid suspension to alleviate the symptoms of severe obstructive sleep apnea. Not reaching the REM state of sleep for nearly 10 years has contributed to weight gain, from the lack of sleep to the craving carbs, caffeine and sugars to keep me awake during the day. It has also put me at great risk for stroke, heart disease and hypertension. Thankfully, I am seeing some positive results: already lost 20 pounds (I still have 60 to go … 180 on 5’3″ frame not great). My blood pressure is finally normal and I’m sleeping better (not out of the woods as there is another surgery to follow later this summer). But I still need help getting those 60 pounds off.

I just turned 48 on Thursday and am the mother of 2 kids, 10 and 8 years old (my son came 2 months before 40 … 11 pounds 2 ounces … my former 23″ waist gone forever!). No matter what the outcome, I love your program and need to make that commitment to become the Fit Yummy Mommy I want to be.

    Dear Holly,

I am a 54 years old grandmother and I would like to become The Fit Yummy Grandma. I have 4 grandkids.
I have been overweight for 20 years and would love to have a change for my grandkids. Recently, i started to cut down my sugar intake and do a little exercise. I dropped a few pounds but it stopped. It would be great if I could win this contest.

I am really grateful for your works and help others. Thank you for your hard works.

It has taken me 2 1/2 years to lose most of my weight from pregnancy. I am still holding on to the last 5kg and tummy fat. I get depressed a lot due to this and have even be asked if I am pregnant again (also by a 4 year old friend of my daughter!!). I am sick and tired of having to chose clothes that will hide my tummy.

People have told me that I shouldn’t base most of my confidence around “my tummy”. But that is just how I feel. I even went to see a plastic surgeon … but then figured there had to be a better way. I think that I could do great things with the FYM Transformation Kit …. and the thought of losing my tummy forever is heaven … so I would absolutely love to win a copy and change my life for the better.

Thank you for this amazing opportunity.

Six years ago (at 34) I was delighted and astounded to discover that I was pregnant – after years of being told that I would never have children. I attribute this pregnancy to the fact that I was at a peak of fitness that I hadn’t been at since I was in my early twenties. After we discovered this fantastic news, I developed a condition that meant I had to spend the majority of my pregnancy sitting or lying still – there went my fitness! I didn’t really mind, because I would have gone through nearly anything to make sure my beautiful boy made it to the world; and he did! He has just had his fifth birthday and is a sweet and happy little boy that we thank our lucky stars for every day. Obviously sitting still meant that I stacked on the weight, and so I embarked on a program to get back to a healthy and fit body; I also hoped I would fall pregnant again. I did, but sadly had two miscarriages in quick succession. I also contracted malaria (we were living in West Africa at the time) and also Chicken Pox and a parasitic condition – all at the same time, yukko! I was very ill, and stacked on the weight again. I am finally at a period in my recovery where I feel able to take on the challenge of improving my fitness and health after three years, and to try one last time to fall pregnant.

    Dear Holly,

Congrats on your pregnancy! I am so excited for you :)

I have always been the slightly chubby one. And when I get skinny I don’t feel that great or look that great either.
I love that your program makes me energized and glowing with health.
I would love to get into a two-piece again after 5 years and be a fit yummy mummy. I totally would love to win your transformation kit.

Thanks for all your support and help.

    Hi Holly
Why do I NEED this transformation kit? Well, to start…I’m the mom of 4 active kids (ages 9,7,4,2) who keep me busy. I’m so busy with them that it is hard to find extended periods of time for exercising for ME. I’m not over-weight, but I am out of shape. I want my children to see me exercise (even for short periods of time) so that they know that I take care of myself so that I can take care of them. I want them to see me making healthy choices and hopefully they can learn to make healthy choices too! Plus, I’d really like to work on the muffin top that I have!

I will try to keep this short! Unlike most people I never ever was fat, I was cheerleader, gymnast & dancer most of my life. So imagine my dismay being struck with a chronic debilating infirmity, Lymes Disease 2 years ago. I went from easily being able to exercise to not being able to get out of bed, forget about exercising; just trying to stretch was torture. I promised myself this past winter no matter what, no matter the pain I was going to get my body back. I started faithfully in March. I was using Joey Atlas’s program and the Lotte Berke Method.

We are now in June and I am not seeing the results, mainly because the workouts are too long and I can’t get through them at full energy. After about 15/20 min. I am worn out and I hadn’t even done a full body work out. (I need to be able to work my whole body in no more than 15 min) I have tried everything else without success and it makes me so sad that I cannot play with my son because I have no energy or strength. That is why I know after watching some of your routines that this Transformation Kit, is what I feel is my last resort in getting my strength and body back.

I look forward to joining the ranks of the new breed of Fit Yummy Mummies!

Hey Holly – I would LOVE to have a copy of the Transformation Kit. I’ve taken part in a few challenges now and, while I have seen some progress, it is nothing near what I was hoping for due to my lack of total consistency to this point. I know that I can do so much better and having you “holding my hand” and helping me with the meal planning and ideas aspect would be invaluable as I am guilty of getting stuck in a rut. I also think that doing the workouts along with you would serve to motivate me and allow me to make sure I am doing them right…I am a visual learner so having a visual reference would really help me to understand them better.

I am continuing on this journey to be the best me I can possibly be. Thank you, my mentor! :)

Why do I need this? How am I different from others who all sound so deserving of some extra support? Have I just realised I need to make a start on my journey, and don’t know where to begin? No. Do I need this as motivation to join the next TC? No. I know that everything in the Transformation Kit can probably be found in ClubFYM in some form or another because the Kit is straight from the heart of Holly. Everything to help you is there, all you need to do is ask! What I have trouble with sometimes, is knowing what I need to ask for help with and asking for it.

I know the DVD’s of workouts will be great because I use Holly’s current DVD’s – if you need a nudge to pick up the pace while you’re working out, having Holly doing it with you will make time fly. The DVD I’m most intrigued about is the No Time, No Energy DVD. I’m thinking that because this is not just audio, Holly will have something to show us … Will this help me organize my time better? I will be working on this in the next TC – planning daily schedules to get in, not just my workouts and all my meals, but lots of other necessary and fun activities too. I’m also super keen to hear the coaching calls, which I like to listen to while doing housework.

I need this because I will USE it!

Holly, I KNOW your system works! I tried your 12 week challenge a little over a year ago and was amazed by how I looked. But I “fell off the wagon” and began picking up old bad eating habits and skipping workouts. I find it hard to keep up with things and encourage myself.

My husband and I have been trying to have another baby but have been unsuccessful. My doctor says I am not ovulating and it is due to my weight. I know I am more motivated if I have instructional DVDs and this system would help me greatly, more than attempting to do things on my own. I know the website and the people I have met before were a great help and motivation. I look forward to getting back on track and hopefully looking as beautiful as you do and realizing my dream of being able to have another child. Thank you Holly!

Hi Holly, you are my inspiration. I see your transformation and think that I can achieve that too with some encouragement and support. I know it is possible – I have been there. But ever since having my son four years ago, I’ve struggled with the lack of time, energy, and honestly motivation and consistency. I’m lucky that I love working out, but I’m also my own worst enemy in doing too much/too often so I get injured. Doing it my way hasn’t worked so far, and the chances of it working now aren’t so good either. So that’s why I need your help…to help guide me safely towards my body goals, and to kick my butt when I get lazy.

    Dear Holly,

after reading your Bikiny Body Secrets, I realized, this is just for me, because like you in February, I want to become pregnant and before that, I want to be in the best shape. I want to be fit for the baby! With your programm I would be able to transform from a flabby unsporty mid-twenty to an energized good-looking mum-in-spe.

    Hi Holly,

You are truly an inspiration to me and many other women out there struggling to lose or maintain weight. I purchased , a time back, your fit yummy mummy DvD package and really enjoyed them! I must say that you look really amazing during your pregnancy, and I even showed my husband how great you look as well as you performing some really hard exercises while pregnant. Now that was really awesome! At the moment, I’m 23 weeks pregnant, and trying to have a healthy pregnancy. I know this transformation kit will come in very handy after I have my second baby. I’d really like to slim down by March next year, and I know these dvds will help me obtain my goal.

Thank you, and all the best with your pregnancy!

    Hello Holly,

Been looking at your progaram for a while and am very impressed with the stuff you have done for other mothers. I am a mother of six and always on the go but never find the time to do a work out. Mostly because I don’t know where to start and don’t know what to do. I am sick of not having the energy to keep up with the kids. I would love to be part of a group of ladies that encourage each other, nothing better then that. I really need someone to start me off and keep me accountable for what I am doing as well. I really believe and seen the resalts of yourself and it is really encouraging to see it. Keep up the good work. May God Bless you and your family as well.
    Thanks Justina

Hi Holly, thanks for giving us a chance to win your wonderful program.
I love the FYM program for its simplicity and time effectiveness. I have already experienced great results with your program, lost 30 pounds in the first 6 month of following FYM lifestyle. With your new DVD I could use a little extra motivation to get me going again and lose the 10-15 last pounds. Having the DVDs to show me proper form would really help me. I think this would help me get me back on track and encourage me to keep going when I fall off track. I want to see how beautiful and fit I can be.
    Thanks for the opportunity Holly.

    Hi Holly ..

The first thing that popped in my mind as an answer was: it would be one of the greatest things to me now after turning 30, and after having 3 kids and being a devoted wife and stay at home mom for the past 6 years, is to have a strong and shaped body that makes me proud, happy, energetic and confident. A body that enables me to do things I dread doing, like hiking and even chasing my kids.
The next thing I thought of was being a good example for my kids and a motivation for my husband, who is trying repeatedly to lose weight and get in shape.
When I win this, and do the challenge and finish it, I will set an example and a reference for myself for the future! I will look back during bad times and say: I did it, and I can do it again. It doesn’t have to be fitness related. It is the new glass that I look through to see every challenge in my life!
I need a kick start to prove to myself that I can start something and finish it. I struggle everyday to find guilt-free time to do something for myself, and what better thing than take care of my body that takes care of everybody!
It would be extremely joyful to be able to wear whatever I wanted, especially in the summer.
Lastly, I have read many fitness books, and bought many workout DVD’s, but none of them worked as fast as FYM workouts and intervals, which gives fast and lasting motivation.
    thank you for this :)

    Hi Holly,
In 2008 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes cause being overweight and inactivity. This was my wake up call. Especially being recently separated and having my two daughters to care for. They needed a mother to be healthy. So I stuck to the doctors instructions and started exercising and over a time lost 22kilos. I was so proud of what I had achieved and my sugar level was now at a manageable level. However life has dealt a few trials since and gradually I have put on 10kilos and I am finding it very hard to get the motivation I had once to lose this weight more so to stick to an exercise routine feeling frumpy around the mid section. (there seems to be a lot of tomorrows in my calendar….!). I am sure with your transformation kit I will find this motivation once again

Thank you Holly for being so generous to provide 3 winners the opportunity to transform their bodies as you have helped so many before.

So here is my story: I have read fitness books and magazines – one after another. I have also tried weight loss groups with no success – mainly because I do not believe in eating processed foods or frozen foods that are high in sodium. I work out, yet feel I spend too much time at the gym doing so with little to no results.

Since January of this year I have lost about 7 lbs. A nice start, yet not where I would like to ideally be. My goal is to lose another 40 lbs.

I feel that with your help and guidance, I can easily accomplish my goal of being in better shape to run around with my two children as well as have the life back I once had. No longer do I want to feel sluggish and out-of-breath. I want to be a role model for my children and to participate with them in the many activities they do without getting winded.

Holly, I need your help! Please consider me for one of the lucky ones and help me get my body back.

I recently had a daughter in late February and I have a 4½ year old son. I’ve been slowly losing some weight due to cleaner eating. I’m only 6 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight, but I was 35 lbs overweight when I got pregnant. I’ve been receiving the FYM emails for over a year now, but since I was pregnant for a good portion of the emails, I never started the workouts, eating, etc. I’m a very visual learner. This transformation kit would be perfect because I need someone to TEACH me, SHOW me and INSPIRE me to reach my goal. As a teacher, I know the importance of modeling the appropriate behavior and you already do that with your emails/blogs; imagine what your DVD’s could do!

I’ve always been a people pleaser, pleasing everyone else, but myself. I will do anything it takes to make someone else happy and typically at the expense of myself. Whether it’s staying up too late and getting little to no sleep, foregoing a meal because I’m short on time, or worse grabbing something completely unhealthy instead, or giving up my workout time; I’ll do it just to see someone smile. Now it’s time for me to do it for myself! Instead of looking in the mirror and feeling like it’s too large of a goal to reach and easier to be “fat and happy”; I need to step up and with your help I can be a Fit Yummy Mummy! :)

I am 46 years old with 2 daughters (19 and 15). My youngest has many challenges (Down Syndrome, Autism, profound hearing loss, hypothyroidism and a major heart defect) although she says more with her smile than any words can. I see how her physical therapist helped her to walk against all odds. I crave that same support.

In the past year I’ve gained so much weight. Perimenopause, high cholesterol and a family history of diabetes are reality. I need to focus on my own health and am determined to lose fat and get fit. My body is crying out for a transformation of what I eat, how I strengthen myself and it desperately wants to get in balance with my emotional wellbeing. I am striving to take the best care I can in ALL aspects of my wellness is my goal. I take such good care of others around me, now this is the time, my time to invest energy into myself so that I can give without being depleted.

Health and fitness are on the top of my list now. I visualize myself healthy, fit and strong and wearing a bikini again would make me feel drop dead gorgeous. It’s been more than 2.5 decades since I’ve showed so much skin in public and it would be truly amazing! I am so grateful for this opportunity to put these words to paper. It makes it official now. This is my time to get healthy. If not right now, when?

I wish I were the type of person who could self motivate and self regulate my fitness and nutrition. It is a struggle for me. The success I have had over the past year is because of the FYM program. The more closely I follow the program and the more I connect with the members, the more capable I am of making healthy decisions. I am still learning how to be healthier both physically and mentally. I know I am not yet at a point where I can take everything I have learned at FYM and work independently. I need to see, hear and read as much FYM information on a daily/weekly basis in order to keep motivated and make good nutritional choices. I hope to use the Kit during the next Challenge, and then always have it as a resource for staying on track with the lifestyle changes I am making. It is an incredible resource that will help me become my own success story!

    Hi Holly,

I am very interested in this transformation kit because I want a healthy and fit body for my next pregnancy. After reading your bikini body secrets report, I am committed to a great body before and during my next pregnancy. I am a mother of two sons, ages 4 and 2. Although I have retained my pre-pregnancy weight at 64.5kg, I want to tone up and lose inches. I know that it is best to achieve this before becoming pregnant again, for which I am planning before the end of this year. I already have the fit yummy mummy handbook and belong to Club FYM; however, I feel I should do things a bit differently to achieve my goal within the next 8 weeks. Hope you will give me this opportunity.Thanks.

I am a 42 year old single mother that sits in at my computer desk for work and college courses 15 hours per day. Working and attending school from home has saved my life since I am a survivor of domestic abuse and live in fear of other attacks. I know that I am the best hope we have of continuing to survive daily thus we have become vegans to cleanse our body of toxins and prepare for the physical fitness journey we must begin. Getting physically fit is my primary objective for my family but these activities must also fit into work, school, and parenting schedules so your program is very exciting. My daughters (20 and 11) also find themselves sitting a great deal due to homework and computer projects. Due to the stress of our situation and our size my daughters and I do have difficulty in knowing where to begin. I have sought out defensive training through a local gym which will be essential to our goals but they will not allow us to train with them until we (my daughters and myself) are physically fit. Please help us to transform into physically fit women through your program so that can then proceed to develop the skills needed to protect ourselves physically.

    Holy Dear
I have been an active sports person from childhood up to age 40nwhen I gave birth to my only child at 41 through C-section. i was not sure of when it was safe for me to start exercises. I procrastinated till I became grossly overweight (especially around the waist now doubled size from 10 to 20 ), discouraged and plagued with hypertension. It was last year when I, making frantic efforts to find information on how to loose the dangerous tummy fat that i came across your program. I followed some of your demonstrations and got encouraged- energy levels improved and I feel well.Should I get the whole kit, with all the tips, demos and facts, I will have a partner to encourage me towards my goal of enjoying the healthy body I had until 2002.

    Hi Hooly,
This is imoprtant for me coz i have tried everything to get rid of my excess belly fat like diets, 2 hours in the gim and so on…. so when i started watching u r posts and ppl loosing weight it was so inspiring above all despite the age and being busy to see ppl having what they want only 15 minutes and three times a week what would have been great than this. So i want not only to loose weight and able to maintain that. agan thnks for giving us this apportunity.

I need couaching will be necesary for me at this point. For several years already I have been procrastinating taking care of my figure. I have been too busy with my professional duties as a teacher, accepting new challenges and putting aside myself. This is the time for me to take control of my life and I think the the transformation kit might be a solution, even for those like me who are not a mom, but somehow have dozens of children-students. Being a psychologist I am aware that if you do not look wonderful, and you do not feel wonderful, the impact on your students will be diminshed, since there is always this unsecurity from being overweight. Feeling good about you will be exactly what I need at this point in my carreer as a teacher and as a woman!. A transformation kit designed by a woman for women will be the soultion…I hope!

    Hi Holly

I was excited to read about the transformation kit, as an organized approach to eating and exercise is exactly what I need right now. I am in my early 40s with a 12 & 3 year old, as well I work full time, and I am trying to get a direct sales business set up. Time and energy can be in pretty short supply sometimes! This looks like a great program, and I hope it goes well for you. ~ Lynda

When I met my husband in college we were both fit, my husband an athlete and I a classical dancer. Unable to continue my dance while in college, I turned to running, weight lifting, & aerobics. I got into my best shape. Upon graduating my story is like many others. Marriage, a sedentary job, kids…a wonderful full life but I went from fit and fabulous to flabby. I have made several attempts to get back in shape but have not found anything that I have been able to stick too. I learned about FYM several months ago when your “Fast Fat Loss for the Busiest of Moms” was included as a free bonus with the purchase of another fitness program. The other program taught me a lot but I loved your workouts so I purchased your 16 week program. Again I found it difficult to make it a part of my daily routine. Two mornings ago before another crazy day got its start; I though wouldn’t it great if FYM workouts were on DVD. Something I could slip into the DVD player and just follow along. You see I devour every post you make accompanied by an instructional video. The exercises are always challenging and fun at the same time. Today when I opened my email, there from you is one introducing your DVD set. I always tell my kids watch out what you wish for but in this case I feel like a prayer has been answered.

    Sincerely,
    Marianne

Hi Holly! I love the fit Yummy Muummy website and exercises. Here is why I would love to win the summer transformation kit:
I have lost 12 pounds with you. Then, school started back last August (I teach) and I gained 8 back. UGH – especially when I still had 13 more to go (now 23). Anyway, I know I can do better – just need to get this weight off and keep it gone! Summer is here again and I have the time and willingness to GO GO GO!!
    Thanks so much!

The FYM Transformation Kit would be perfect for me because I am tired of failing. I have done FYM in the past and have had success. But, I haven’t reached my goal of the 6 pack abs & tight bum. I would love for my husband to take a second look at me and say, “Wow”! I miss that. I’m 40 years old and after 2 kids (4 & 8 yrs old) I could use more energy, even more confidence, and a lot more happiness when I go to put on clothes every morning. Although I’ve gotten comfortable, I don’t really recognize the person in the mirror. I want the “old me” back and I’m tired of wishing & hoping for it. I’ve done & failed at so many different diets & programs that I’m completely and utterly frustrated. My kids need a positive influence & example. I need a concrete step-by-step idiot’s guide to getting my body back. I miss it. I long for it. That’s it in a nut shell.

I am a single mother of a 2 year old daughter. I still have yet to lose the extra “baby” weight, along with the weight (about 30lbs) I should have already lost before pregnancy. I recently moved out of my house I shared with my boyfriend who was unfortunately abusive and not very supportive.I am currently full time mom, employed full time and a full time student in college working toward finishing my degree. Finding time to step out to the gym, or construct my own fitness/eating plan is virtually impossible. I feel I am deserving of this summer transformation kit because it is full of all the information and resource I need. To have it all in front of me laid out without any question would allow me to follow a plan (finally) that gives me the body I’ve always wanted. Nothing is more intimidating than being back in the single life and feeling nothing but insecure not just by the tons of t-shirts ruined by simple parenthood, but by feeling that you’re not just looking your best by how fast paced life is. I need to get back in shape not only for myself, but for my daughter who has me to count on now. I can’t afford to succumb to a disease or physical set back that could have been avoided had I taken better care. Hopefully you can help!

I am 39 yr old mother of 2 boys age 3 1/2 and 1. I signed to FYM before getting pregnant with my second child and never really got going on it. AFter getting pregnant again I looked at the blogs to keep me motivated to not eat too much during my pregnancy and to stay active so I wouldn’t have that much more to burn off after baby. I never lost all the wait gained from my first pregnancy and am determined to get back to my prebabies weight and fitness level.

A year before my first son was conceived I finished an Olympic length triathlon. A weak lower back and pelvis came into play not long after that and just before finding out I was pregnant I had been undergoing treatments to strengthen that area. I had high goals of getting back to my running and swimming schedule but that was not possible being pregnant. I really let myself go a bit during that pregnancy figuring it would be easy to get it off again. Little did I know how exhausting a baby can be.

So needless to say I am back on track from now that my second child (and last) is past that one year mark and now walking. Keeping up with them is busy work but it seems to get easier and easier as they grow older. I am in the frame of mind now that both my husband and I are going to start making fitness goals together and support our goals with the right food. We will be scheduling the time for workouts and make sure not to sabotage each other with late night “snacks and junk”.

THe transformation kit would be a huge help in the step to get organized. The little ones always come first of course and that leaves less time for organizing my own things.

THanks Holy for a great website.

I want to have it here in Ukraine, where every couch in a gym is trying to “fix” my training style and switch it back to “normal” cardio and traditional long repetitions of exercises with small weights. They think that doing cardio intervals and then short and intense strength training is ether stupid or suicidal. “Consider your age” they’d say (I’m 46). “To get the results you have to exercise longer”… But I know better!!! I just need a structure and a system.

As a thirty year old mother of 2 I find it difficult to find time to care for myself. All in all I’ve calculated a 6 lb. per yr. gain. That’s 60 lbs. in ten years of marriage. It’s embarrassing and depressing to look at myself in the mirror. The extra pounds have even diminished how much I am able to enjoy “special” time with my loving husband. My expanding waistline is not a good example for my girls. It really is a blow when you hear your little girl say, “Yeah, they’re fat like you mommy.” Honestly, I don’t know where to start. I believe this program will help give me the impetus and guidance I sorely need.

Since having my son lat year I have tried every single diet, changed my eating habit drastically (cut my calories way back) and sometimes skipped meals. Granted yes I did lose the weight but no matter how many days I go to the gym, I see the weight just staying on me. I know that I must eat but I wanted to see results fast and I know the way I did it now is unhealthy. This is my last chance to get back my body I once had plus a few new curves and feel good about myself. My self esteem is down in the dumps and as well as my confidence. I want to be the best person I can be for myself and my family. I think this will help me due to I have seen the transformations in the past and I know that I would be the perfect person for the DVD kit. A little motivation is what I am needing and I know your DVD’s will be the motivation and knowing that I will get back into shape that I need.

We all make mistakes – we all spent countless hours of wasted times doing things we know will not help us reach our goals…..and we all look back and think, “If only I had done something….”

I’m tired of making mistakes. I am tired of wasting time. I am tired of not really living.

I have made some headway on my own – with my tried ad true 15-min FYM workouts – but I need something a little more. I’ve still got a long way to go and I’d love o go there with you. Thanks for reading!!!!

Why would I like to win the Transformation Kit? Two words: my daughter. I promised myself three years ago when my daughter was born that I’d set an example for her of healthy living and fitness. Three years later, after bouts of post-partum depression and many other crises, I still weigh the same as I did when I delivered my daughter–210 lbs. Worse yet, I took my 3-year old daughter to the pediatrician last week and discovered that she’s the weight of an 8-year old–60 lbs. Up to this point, I just thought that she was just “thick”; but I had no idea how devastating my unhealthy choices have been for my little child.

My daughter deserves better, and I certainly owe it to her and to myself to fulfill the promise I made to her on her birth date. Thanks for helping my dream come true.

    Holly,

This would be a great thing for me because i have always struggled with BACKFAT! Even when I finally lost weight and became thin for hte first time in my 20s. I finally succeeded in doing my very first “real” pushup this year and bought some weights after reading your blog. My dad passed recently and since I was very close to him and would hike, bike, and run with him, I stopped exercising until I found your blog. I would love to get back my will to MOVE and finally maybe have a sexy lean back and arms.

I’ve been receiving free workout advise and exercises from you & I must admit, every one of them that i,ve followed has really been effective.

My body looks great, especially around my waist.
I’m just struggling to lose the lower belly fat and I believe this transformation kit will do wonders for me.

    Dear Holly,

4 years ago I my thyroid was taken out. I have always been conscious of my weight and tried to eat healthfully, I was nevertheless always over weight and no matter what I did, could not shake the weight off of me. Once I had the surgery I was told that it would be even harder to change my body.

Well, since July of last year, I have taken an about face with my outlook on nutrition and exercise thanks to you….I have been able to take off 7 lbs. and about 10 inches off my body. I am finally, just recently starting to get compliments on looking thinner. It has been a slow process but a sure one and the extra energy that I have is undeniable. Everyone told me I’d never succeed in budging my metabolism.

I would love to be lucky enough to win the transformation kit because it is a “whole picture” and reflects each angle of what needs to be done in order to get your health back, feel good and be happy all wrapped up in one clear cohesive package all the more comprehensible that really boils everything down to a simple matter of fact solution that works…even for someone without a natural metabolism!
