Fit Yummy Mummy Transformation Challenge Winner 2008

“When I joined the first challenge last March, I was 220 lbs and looked simply awful! I had never in my life taken pictures of me like that and I felt so “exposed”! But, it was the BEST thing I ever did!! Because when I would get down about not losing as fast as I wanted I would take a picture and compare the two. OMG!! Could I see the difference! Now, I just take those pictures because it is the LAST time I will ever look like that! Woohoo!!

    Hi Holly,
Just curious if I’ve missed something…I can often look right at something and still not see it! I don’t see a 90 day option for the Meal Plans for Moms at the link given. This looks like a great plan to help us along the bumpiness of meal planning! Thanks for all of the help and support you so generously give to all of us.

Holly, thank you for sharing these videos with us again to help us with goal-setting for the next 12-week challenge. The first time I set rather generic goals and felt I made great strides. But this time, revisiting these videos is helping me to tap into the reasons why. I’m convinced that setting more specific goals will encourage meaningful progress toward the life I truly want.

    Hi Holly,
This will be short and sweet… The reason I want to be part of the challenge… Being a 46 yr old mother of 4, 3 being girls, I want to be fit and healthy well into old age. We are a family that eats a gluten-free, organic, unprocessed food diet. My 2 youngest daughters are a little on the chubby side, the youngest (14) beginning to get upset about her weight. I don’t want my daughters going through what many women (myself included) do with yo-yo dieting, starving themselves or having to live at the gym just to stay “thin”. My personal goals and those for my family are to be Happy, Fit and Healthy until the day we die.

The reason I want to be a part of this challenge is because I need to see changes in my body. I’ve always been a very shy self concious person. If I don’t think I look good then what’s the point in going out where other people will see me and judge me. Honestly the only friends I have in this community are my FYM online friends. I have never had the confidence to go out and make friends. I’m 11 weeks postpartum and feel that the energy boost and shrinking of the mommy belly will raise my self confidence
