Every day I have the opportunity to answer hundreds of questions from women around the world.

I compiled a list of the Top 10 questions many women out there just like you are asking.

They too are hesitant to try something new, for they are worried it will end up not working, just like all the other “this is too good to be true” fat loss program for women, wasting their time, energy and money.

QUESTION #1:



Fit Yummy Mummy seems to address the ‘time’ required to do it but can you confirm that there are clear pictures of each exercise given and description on how to do it correctly?

 

Answer:

The Fit Yummy Mummy Workout Logs are very clear and easy to follow. In order to maintain a simple workout log, I have linked each thumbnail to the exercise archive. So if there is a question of how to perform a movement, simply click the exercise and it takes you to that particular description.

QUESTION #2:



What happens after the 16 weeks of the program? How do I continue to achieve results and maintain without purchasing ANOTHER program or coming to a complete standstill?

 

Answer:

After the 16 weeks, there are an additional 12 weeks of advanced bonus workouts. There are several options after this point to continue to achieve or maintain results. Many women at this point have gone back through the workout plan, adjusting variables to meet their new fitness levels in order to continue to stay challenged. Keep in mind, that I too follow my own system and have done so for 3 years.

 

QUESTION #3



Is this program possible to continue safely if I were to fall pregnant? I’m bigger than I was before my first pregnancy and I don’t want to make it worse by starting another off from where I am now.

 

Answer:

Yes. But of course any exercise program must have a Dr.’s approval along with modifications that must be made (for example, after the 1st trimester no lying on your back floor exercises.

Staying fit and active during your pregnancy is of great importance. There are currently several Fit Yummy Mummy’s who began this system and then discovered that they were pregnant. A group has been formed in ClubFYM to help guide and meet their specific needs.

How simple or complicated is it to understand how to do the program? I need things very straight forward with EXACTLY what I should do without lots of choices on how or what to do.

 

Answer:

I created this program with simplicity in mind. I am a busy mom and have tons of experience working with busy moms. So I created a SOLUTION for Them! We do not have a lot of extra time and need something super easy to understand and implement. The ease of the workout sessions is made possible for the workouts use short burst resistance training – incorporating super sets.

The workouts are short and to the point…which is why moms are able to achieve amazing results in just 90 minutes a week.

The choices are…start at the beginning and follow the system as it is mapped out for you. There is room for variance only because of the fact that we all have different fitness levels. So the length of time spent at on each workout 2-4 weeks, the amount of resistance, rests, and of course what workout schedule best fits your lifestyle.

So the choices you have to make will only help to accelerate your results.

I need something that covers EVERYTHING in a session so each session contributes to my overall condition.

 

Answer:

The way the Fit Yummy Mummy workouts are designed, you DO get a total body workout. I created short burst resistance training workouts that hit every major muscle in your body in every workout.

As busy moms, we do not have time to focus on one body part at a time. Plus the super set fashion keeps your heart rate elevated so you get a bit of a cardio workout in as well. Along with short burst resistance training I recommend also including intervals – a modified and more effective form of cardio. Once again, all combined require no more than 90 minutes a week. I believe in, teach and practice more effective and efficient forms of exercise.

What if I am not a new mom?

The principles of fat loss do not change whether you have just had a baby or your baby is graduating from high school. I want results quickly. How long will it take for me to lose weight?

Yes, Results!!
We all want Instant Results!!!

I have a few things to say about Getting Results.

When it comes to results, the problem lies in the fact that we expect years of unsupportive choices and habits to be erased after a couple weeks of working out. Keep in mind that the workouts are only one piece of the puzzle.

What you choose to Put Into your body has just as much of an impact…if not more, than how you choose to workout. Along with that must come the responsibility of making changes to your daily habits and of course the way you think – your attitude, your mindset will make or break your ability to ever achieve or maintain results. This is the beauty of Fit Yummy Mummy. For it is not just a workout plan, it is not just an eating plan….it is a Lifestyle Plan…written from a woman’s perspective and experience.

As far as “weight loss” is concerned – there is a HUGE difference between weight loss and fat loss.

It is super easy to just lose weight. For fat loss results to be achieved, a concern for boosting your metabolism should be the focus.

Also with the Fit Yummy Mummy system, the ladies know – the scale is NOT a part of the solution. When a woman begins a new workout plan, the goal is to increase the amount of lean muscle….muscle is your metabolism. You sure do have a right to feel frustrated and skeptical.

    @Tammy – You can download them. I have a folder of videos on my computer & it’s super convenient when I travel to not having to worry about an internet connection or to keep track of DVD’s to watch.

    Are the videos actually downloaded onto your computer or is it a stream to your computer from a server? I’m wondering because sometime my internet connection runs slow and videos are a bit choppy, but if I can download it, then its not a problem since it runs directly from the computer.

    It is so true what Holly have said, I’ve been intro by a friend to this FYM in Feb 2010 after she herself hv done and followed for 12 mths and i can see her changes and it makes me curious so i’ve started do some reading and looking and finally doing and following FYM effective 1st March and still continue doing the workout for 9wks now.
    I hv to say i’m happy and proud of myself everytime i manage to do 10-15mins of the workout 3 – 4x a wk.
    I’m still having flabby tummy but i can feel the fat loss for after 3wks i can fit into my tight jeans and manage to zip it.
    Eating more veggies and fruits helps a lot with the fat loss, my eating habbits have change gradually. I’ve cut down dairy product and use them now very little close to none. And I have a sweet tooth i must have sugar in my coffee+cream and tea and i used about 1kg-2kg of sugar a month.
    I’ve also cut down drinking coffee I mostly drinking green tea w/o sugar.
    I go toilet more regular now then before and i fart a lot lol! I feel more energy too.
    Holly you’re my idol plus all the ladies, mummies around the world that have succeeded the fight of get your body back!

    Listen to Holly, she knows what she is talking about. If you’re skeptical all I can say is just do it. You will see for yourself that this is the real deal. I am a super busy mom of 5 kids under the age of 11 and I have found this program so doable that I have stuck to it for a year and a half with great results.
