Too many times women are sidetracked from completing their body transformations and fat loss goals because of untimely injuries or joint and muscle pain. When injury and/or pain arrive, many moms have to stop their training programs all together. By the time they start to feel better, they have to start all over and rarely is their any real progress.

When dealing with mothers, there seems to be certain physical issues that I see more than others. For one, new mothers face certain physical challenges that other people just do not face.

Caring for a new baby can be extremely stressful on the lower back, shoulder joints and knees. New mothers can suffer from a lot of over use injuries and pain around these areas of the body.

Other “busy moms” tend to work too much, and take care of everyone else except themselves. I find that these mothers suffer from poor posture, overly tight hips and foot and ankle stiffness. Poor posture will lead to shoulder problems, while tight hips and stiff ankles can lead to major knee and low back problems.

We all know that mothers are not going to stop being “mothers,” but there is hope and there are things that can be done to eliminate this unnecessary pain and fix these physical issues once and for all…so you never have to miss a training session again!
