Six months ago I started to try to exercise on regular basis and follow a balanced diet but everything I did failed. Why? Lack of motivation, monotony, lack of will power. The transformation kit is a challenge that will keep me focused on a specific goal, the DAILY MEAL PLAN will "order" me what to eat that day and nothing else!(this is the greatest part) and the variety of DVDs will keep motivated and excited about exercise. I have gained 30 lb in the last year and a half. This made me lose my confidence and self esteem. It also brought me physical and psychological problems. I know ALL these issues can be fixed with diet and exercise. I am sure the transformation kit will DRASTICALLY change my body, my health and my life.

Hi Holly,
I am excited about your transfirmation kit! I just love your website and check it daily. I have 4 kids, ages7,6,4,and 7 months. I just had my fourth baby almost 7 months ago. Being pregnant with him was hard on my body. I retained water and swelled at the last few weeks of my pregnancy. I gained the most with him (51 lbs) and am having the hardest time loosing it. I lost the water weight in the hospital but now I am stuck with 38 pounds to loose. I have carried all my weight in my belly and now it looks like I am still pregnant. I am tired of people asking me "when are you due?"
I honestly don't have much time for myself without any kids asking me for something. I have decided to take 20 min out of my busy day for working out. I love your workouts because they are 15 min and that leaves me extra time to stretch or take a quick shower. I also love how you explain everything on your website to help me loose my baby weight and mommy belly. I would love to win the transfirmation kit so I can have confidence back, fit cute in my jeans, and not look pregnant anymore. If I don't win, that's okay I am still going to be doing your workouts. I have been doing them for almost 3 weeks and I already see improvements, something nice I tell you! I have tried several other workouts that didn't help me loose the weight or tone up fast enough for my patience. My goal is to loose all this baby weight and mommy belly in 5 months or before my baby turns 1.

Holly,

I began my first diet at the age of 11 at a doctors recommendation. I am now 42 and have tried every diet that has come along. Putting it all together, eating healthy, cardio and weights was not easy, but I have done it. I now love it, but still need support and have several pounds and inches to go. With your help I hope to clean it all up and achieve goals I never thought possible. I would also like to learn how to share this with my family, as my 9 year old son would much rather eat the sweets and pasta and dig for bugs, rather than eat healthy and take a run around the block. My 6 year old daughter loves healthy eating, but could learn more about "moving". Hopefully with your help my kids won't have the problems I have faced throughout life and can be proud of their bodies and I am becoming of mine! Michelle

Hi Holly

I am very excited about this new Transofrmation Challenge, and am looking forward to starting! I have never attempted a challenge before - I only joined FYM in March this year and since then have been following your program for the last 9 weeks with great success! However..... I am due to go on holiday next week for almost 4 weeks, and feel that I need a little extra motivation to keep me on the straight and narrow whilst I'm away. I will have access to a gym and to healthy food options, so to have a new program to give me that extra boost would be great. I am 49 years old and really didn't think that I would be abee to change my shape - yes, I was a cardio bunny... I will be 50 years old in November and want to look hot!! Sandra

Dear Holly,
I am a 32 year old mom of 3,(16,15,5yrs of age), have been married to my wounderful husband for 16 yrs. I went through a hystorectomy and quit smoking after 10 yrs all at the same time. I went from a 5'6' 145 lbs to a woping 192 lbs. I have tried every diet, starved myself. You name it I have tried it. Nothing that I have tried has worked. I am devoted to finding something that will work. I really need the help. I tell myself I am to fat and skip meals sometimes days at a time I will starve myself or stay on a liquid diet and I no that isnt health for me. I really need this for me and my family. I have been following your tips that you email. I would love the opportunity to do the Transformation Challange.
         Sincerly Yours,
            Nicole

As a mom of a 2 and 4 year old I am full of excuses for why I don't eat the way I should to loose weight. I am 20 pounds over weight and intellectually, I know I should loose those pounds. My biggest problem is that I am really good at not seeing myself as fat. That is until I go to dress for a night out with my husband or to go to a skinny neighbor's house for dinner, or to go to the pool with my kids (where I take my sun dress off real quick and jump in before anyone can get a good look). I have a lot of "fat clothes" that hide what I really look like and I hate that I can't wear my beautiful "skinny clothes" that taunt me by hanging in my closet and remind me that I either can't even put them on or am not comfortable enough in them to wear them in public.
I need to take a before picture and post it on my fridge and pantry. I need my husband to realize that I need this weight off and that it means he has to eat differently too. I need not to buy the foods I do "for the kids" so they are not in my house when I get hungry. And I need to stay true to the exercises that I know make me feel better. I know these things but I can't seem to keep myself accountable. Holly, I know you can help and I know that am willing and able. So Lets Do It!

Holly,
Being part of this transformation would mean I can't make excuses anymore to give up on myself. I would have a place to come to every day for motivation, encouragement, and support. I'm hoping the accountability will keep me on track. I am a busy mom with three kids, and I often don't find the time to take care of myself. One of my children has autism and the daily challenges often drive me to emotional eating. It's easy to find any excuse during the day, to just give up and say life is too hard. Many days I'm just surviving, trying to make it through the day. But I am tired of having no energy, and feeling uncomfortable in my body. I want to be a positive, healthy model for my children. I don't want them to see mom yo-yo dieting, and feeling overwhelmed and unhappy. As part of the challenge, my goals will be to consistently do the workouts, eat supportively, plan my meals, get 6-8 hours of sleep every night, and find different ways to deal with the stress. I'm excited about changing my life and getting rid of my bad habits. It's important for my health and happiness, as well as my family's.

The Transformation Challenge is essential to my success, because wherever I have hard, fast time-lines in front of me, I accomplish what I set out to. The success of other women boosts my own ability and desire to challenge myself. The support system keeps me accountable in working out consistently and monitoring my eating honestly. I know this will be the case, because I have experienced it before. When my baby was 2 months old, my husband deployed for 3 months, and I got down to a serious workout and eating regimen. It was so encouraging to see my body change, although I switched workout programs three times because I could not find one I felt was working good enough. I worked out 60-90 minutes 6 days a week. Towards the end, I discovered FYM. I wish I had it at the beginning, because here I had poured so much time into fitness programs that were giving me very small, slow results for a lot of time. I watch Holly’s YouTube videos and love them.
My daughter is now 6-months old and I have not kept up the exercising. A challenge is important for my results because I know I must challenge my body with a definite timeline. Using FYM instead of a stepper and various DVDs, I know would see results and be encouraged to fight for my pre-baby body completely back. I am not afraid of hard work and I know that’s how I will see change that will last. I am willing to be honest, support other women, and work together for a goal we all want. I want my success to spur others on to knowing they don’t have to be Hollywood stars with trainers and nannys for their kids to get their pre-baby body back! If they use FYM they do it themselves!

Holly,
this is just what I have been looking for.I think this challenge will work for me because of all the coaching
you give us and I do well when I know I have someone
watching me. the accountability is the key for me to
stick with it.

I think being part of the transformation contest would give me the edge that I need to really change my diet and stick to my workouts. I don't have that much body fat to lose but I do have my problem areas and would like to generally tone up some areas and eat a better diet. All this would also not just be for me but I also want to set a good example for my 4 kids. I can't ask them to eat good, healthy nutritious food if I don't do it myself. I already started with the introductory workouts and really enjoy them and the intervals are great too. Up to now I've always gone on the treadmill but have left that behind now for skipping and jumping jacks. I'd also like to show my husband, who believes running is the only way to lose fat that steady state cardio is not the most effective method. As he doesn't offer too much support in that respect I think being part of the contest and also club fym would be a huge bonus for me.
