Back in October when I fisrt released the Fit Yummy Mummy DVD packages, our lovely fulfillment company failed to order enough and caused a tremendous delay for many who did place an order. Well after the orders were corrected and RE-Orderded, we now have packages left and need to move them out for we are in the process of changing fulfillment companies in order to avoid such frustrating situations again.
Since we are moving, I am not sure how long it will take to restock and get these DVD Package back up for sale again and whether or not it will be in time for the holidays.

I would love to win your DVDs and the other cool stuff you are giving away for your anniversary! It has taken me three years to loose ten pounds and now I am going for another ten. To loose this weight I have been doing spin classes for four days a week and using machines two to three days a week for strength training. I am working out for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the gym. This is a huge time commitment and I am still not happy with the way my body looks! I am also following Weight Watchers for my nutrition. I am ready to explore your way of training after seeing all the great results women are achieving with your program. There is even hope for women of my age (51 years young)! First let me thank you for an incredible job well done and for being such a positive force in my life. I joined your group in Sept. 2008 as a birthday present for myself. I read the book from cover to cover and started to incorporate the FYM lifestyle for me. I joined the New Year’s Challenge, lost 12 lbs. have kept it off. I do have a gym membership and I go with my FYM book in a binder and do my workouts, not as religiously as I would like, but weekly.
What I noticed when you would send video clips of different moves was that I had been doing some wrong, which means that I am not working at my fullest potential, but more importantly, I might injure myself without the correct posture or movement. This is sooooo valuable and will put me on the right track and with a year membership, as I was unable to covert over when you changed your site, I will have that continued support from the FYM family. This was one of the major pluses for me as I have my physical support system with “way to go”, “good job”, Keep it up”, “you deserve this!”

I would love to win these DVDs because I think this would make it more manageable for me to dedicate the time to working out and would provide me with the much needed motivation. I am a mother of 5 and sometimes it’s tough to set aside time to work out especially if you’re having to flip through pages or trying to log onto a website. I’ve always done better with my workouts if I have a DVD that I can follow. It’s the visual of the exercises and the motivation of the trainer right there with you in your living room that makes all the difference in the world. I have seen the many testimonials on your website of how your workouts have benefited so many women and I know they’ll work for me too. I look forward to the opportunity of working out with you!!
The reason why DVD’s would be better for me have been proven by research. According to B.K. Given’s work “The brain’s natural learning system” written in 2002: Emotions are crucial to successful learning. The learning outcome very much depends on the emotional state of the learner and on the emotional implications of the whole setting or learning atmosphere, i.e. the teacher’s attitude to the students.
Holly’s positive “can do” attitude would shine forth through a DVD better to help me suceed than any workout written on paper.
Oh Holly….what would I do to win these! My only daughter is getting married in January and I would so love not to be a “fat” mother of the bride!
Having had hip replacement surgery over a year ago, I’m so ready to get my body back in shape. I may not be a new mommy…but I’m a mommy just the same.
I have put on over 45 pounds in the last three years due to the fact that I could not exercise because of my hip issues. But now that’s fixed and I’ve been the ok by the Doc…I ready to go!
I’m a regular visitor of your site and even do the free videos that you post, but to have your DVD collection would be a god send….really!

Dear Holly,
I am a 40 year old mum to 3 boys. I used to be quite active, I was actually training for a triathlon when I suffered a stroke at 37. I am now 40, and despite my efforts to exercise daily, the aerobic videos are not cutting it. My menopot is increasing and I lack muscle definition. While I have restored coordination, the stroke left me unable to drive, therefore gyms are out of the question. I was fortunate enough to see one of your “free” workouts (the one for being on the wait list) and I have been doing it for 4 days now and I am impressed! So, why do I think the DVDs would be beneficial? It is like bringing a personal trainer into my home. I can see you and know I am using the correct posture and form. I have a difficult time watching anything on my computer (aforementioned stroke) an so it would be wonderful to have these to rotate and do on my television. I’d love to win this promotion because I spend so much time wasted flipping through the ebook pictures and explanations of how to perform the workouts. I would much rather use any extra time I have performing additional supersets. I’m still waiting for my husband to download the video you made for us when we finished the 4 week sprint and completed our essays, so I need all the visual help I can get with my workouts. I love the FYM resistance training and have donated all my old workout videos. They just don’t compare with the quality and time efficiency that you can provide us. It would be wonderful to watch, learn, and workout WITH YOU motivating me to push myself harder each session.

I love workout DVD’s because they have great music that gets us and keeps us in the beat, they show you ALL the moves and tricks on how to position yourself right (and you can LOOK at the person doing the moves…see if your body is positioned like hers) and you have your own personal cheerleader. They can travel with you and are easy to put in the DVD player early in the morning or late at night, just whenever you have (and make) time for them. I simply love workout DVD’s because I finally have a workout buddy!

As a member of ClubFYM, I have so enjoyed having my workouts all set out for me. I do not have to wonder if I am continuing to challenge myself – all the hard work of planning is done. A couple of benefits that I can envision by having the DVDs are:
1) Having a visual throughout the entire movement of the exercises so that I can double check my form.
2) Having a visual coach/personal trainer (Holly that’s you) who is also working out and enjoying it, but also encouraging me to do my best.
3) As a mom of 5, pregnant with #6, I do not have the time to be at a gym or doing workouts at home that take an hour. The 15 minutes a day of FYM is a wonderful blessing! The DVD’s would only be an added bonus.

I have lost my confidence. I feel that exercise and becoming fit will give me the boost I need. I hate leaving my house, even to go to the store. If I can’t leave my house, then how will I ever exercise or lose weight? It is this conundrum that has left me hopeless for so long. But, Holly, your program has inspired me. At least now I can exercise in the comfort of my own home and begin to rebuild my confidence. I notice already, that the days I work out even a little bit, I already feel better about myself and am more motivated to clean the house and play with my baby. I’ve been a member of fymclub for almost 4 months now and this program is the only one in years that makes complete sense. You have become a figure that I trust. I see changes in me that I never thought I would see again, physically, emotionally, intellectually and energetically. After reading as much as I have on this site, having the DVD’s is the “icing on the cake” (excuse the pun!). Through the DVD you can lower the chance of injury, be more exact and have the most productive workout possible with a coach you trust and know really cares about you personally and honestly wants you to be the best you can be. Holly knows how to motivate and get even the most tired of us moving. A coach that practices what she preaches is trustworthy and makes the whole workout experience worthwhile. Hey Holly! The FYM DVDs would be such a blessing to have. Not only would I be able to workout WITH YOU 3x a week, but I would be able to see if I’m doing the moves correctly and staying on pace. Your friendly and motivating voice, cues, descriptions and instructions are fabulous and it would be so fun to do the workouts along side you. I love that a lot of your videos are done in the beautiful outdoors, and that you are a real person, who has used these same workouts to achieve the awesome, jaw-dropping results that you have achieved.
It would be soooo nice and convenient to be able to take the DVDs with me when I travel. It would be an added incentive just to get it done – in a quick 15 minutes, even when I’m away from home.
Your coaching is phenomenal and having the FYM DVDs to workout with would really help to push me forward – help me to work harder – allow me to get closer to the Yummy body I know I will have someday!
Having your DVDs would also help my entire family of four. My husband is a bit out of shape and keeps telling me he needs to workout, but doesn’t do anything about it. We’ve trid working out together, but he doesn’t like me telling him how to do exercises. My two girls would have an excellent, quick workout if they wanted to participate with mommy. They’re always asking me if they can do exercises with me, but they usually get bored or distracted because it’s just mom telling them what to do and how to do it – and it sometimes takes me longer than 15 minutes! We ALL could follow along WITH YOU on the DVDs!!!!!!!! I would be so grateful if we could all workout together – - with the FYM DVDs!

I am a single mother with a daughter who is 5 with Autism. Hurricane Katrina has me currently still living about 1400 miles from any family/friends who could help with my daughter therefore my life has to revolve around doing things efficiently and at home for the most part.
The FYM DVDs would be awesome b/c I currently get up SUPER early in the morning to get a workout in and I know that I could do the 15 minute FYM routine alongside you and get it out of the way and be in fat burning mode all day long!
I also work with inner city youth and am teaching them about the benefits of taking care of their bodies. I would love to bring the DVDs along and have us all do them in the gym and I could get my workout in that way too! It’s all about being creative and paying it forward!!

I find your workouts totally inspirational. I downloaded the free session the other day and it felt like I was working out with you – fantastic. I too have a 7 year old boy, have a job, a husband and I am trying to retrain to become a nutrionist (as well as trying to be super supportive to my mum who is receiving treatment for Breast Cancer).
All the things you are telling us about fat loss and nutrition are fantastic and right on the button. I just want to be able to do and learn more.
I have been near to my goal for a while now but ‘Busy Mum Syndrome’ has really hit hard and I have found in the last couple of months instead of moving forward I have been slipping back and I really don’t want to continue the slide.
Your DVD’s would give me the boost to be inspired again and workout in my living room with someone who looks how I want to look and is so focused at achieving results that I will believe I too can do it.

I have been reading about your program since Jan 09, but can’t seem to get going. I bought the starter program, but I can’t really see how to get going. That sounds dumb, but I have tried so many things that have failed that I have been worried about starting something else. Your program makes so much sense to me. When I saw the DVDs for sale I knew I wanted them–finally a clear way to show me how to do it all! Your DVDs are the real deal–a real person really working out and guiding me. I need that! Ihave looked at a lot of other programs, but they don’t really guide you through what you actually need to do. I love that these DVDs do this.
I need to use your DVDs to show me how to put into action all of the things that I am reading about. I need them to get going! Other DVDs aren’t offering the same wonderful program that you have–there is no comparison! And this coming from someone who hasn’t even done it. I know having the actual workouts will make all of the difference for me.

I would LOVE these videos! I really wanted to buy them when they were up, but couldn’t because I had spent about $400 on a gym membership recently (before I knew about these!), and could not afford both (I would have gotten out of the gym membership for these if possible!).
However, I have not been able to make it to the gym as I had to get a part time job shortly after so we could pay off some debt we had accumulated, and I work nights now. We only have 1 car that my hubby takes to work (so I cannot get there during the day), and as soon as he gets home most nights, I’m out the door. I get home too late to make it to the gym. The few nights I have off I do errands and spend time w/ my family. I do occasionally make it to the gym, but not enough to see results.
I sometimes do your workouts at home, but I have a really hard time working out without someone to follow. It really motivates me to have someone to watch (although I hate watching on the computer! My kids are usually on it anyways to give me the time to workout). Knowing I have to go online and find the right exercises, put them in sequences, and then do it all by myself makes me skip it a lot. If I had your videos I could pop one in and follow, and be done in 10-15 minutes total. It would be GREAT! I also NEVER stop before the video is done, but if I’m on my own, I usually stop a few minutes earlier than planned. DVD’s motivate me and keep me accountable!
I have 3 children all under 5, so 10-15 minutes would be IDEAL (the gym takes WAY TOO LONG). As you can imagine, having 3 kids in 5 years is NOT kind to your body, and with the last one I didn’t have time to lose all the weight from the previous one as I got pregnant too quickly, unplanned. So I desperately need help! I have LOVED the videos you have posted on youtube, but doing the same few over and over is not only working the same muscles too frequently (I think), but I feel like I need a little change. I wanted these videos SO BADLY, but unfortunately they were not in my budget, even if they were a great deal. I would love to win them!
But even if I don’t win them, I want to say thank you so much for all that you do! Reading the emails and sometimes the short clips you post on youtube are so encouraging! I love your system and as soon as my gym membership is up I am SO joining FYM! I really wish I had done this instead of the gym, but I didn’t know as much about it then, or realize just how great it really was. Thank you so much for the chance to win these great videos!

Have seen a few clippings of your workouts on youtube and found them to be great. Your workouts are short and effecive and to be honest I never could have thought that 15mins would make a difference(all my trainers told me otherwise). Would love to win the DVDs so that i can understand the whole program indepth with proper form and techniques and still be able to have time for my other chores. And as now i have to workout from home i believe im lacking in motivation and drive.

I am writing on behalf of my AMAZING mom! She is the most wonderful person in the world. She does everything for everyone, but never takes the time for herself. She continues to battle with weight loss and is very frustrated. She doesnt have a lot of time, but she knows she needs to make a change. I told her about your site and your DVD’s. She is really interested in them and thinks they would be the thing to get her started and keep her on track.
I live a few hours away and I cant be there to help out, but I want her to be able to be healthy and happy (which she is neither right now). If she were to win the DVDs they would be the perfect thing for her. Not only is it up to date info, but you go through it all and she could follow along knowing how to perform the movements.
I think you do an excellent job and so many people have success stories with you…I just wish my mom could experience that as well…because she is more than deserving!

Holly, I would LOVE to win a DVD package! We’re paying off our debt right now, so the monthly dues are all my husband allows me to spend!
But, so much more than that, I have fibromyalgia, so I NEED to be working out to ease my pain and help combat the weight gain that is common (avg. of 34 pounds for a woman with FM!) with it. I’ve noticed how much strength I’ve lost in the past couple of years. When I was regularly working out, I felt strong, I hurt less, and I had more energy. The problem is, it is so difficult for me to follow the workouts on paper. It might sound kind of crazy, but I have to use the energy I have, and even just taking the time to stop and look at the workout on the screen/paper, takes energy and concentration I’d rather just be putting into my workout! Having you on the screen, working out with me, without me having to worry about what’s coming next…that would be so awesome! What a motivator! You don’t feel like you’re going it alone when there’s a friend on the screen doing it with you. Your workouts are REAL and they’re for REAL women. The stuff you see in fitness mags, I read it and just think, “yeah, right!” But when I see your workouts, I know I can do it. Even with my physical limitations, I can do 15 minutes a day…I have to! I can’t let fibromyalgia take the best parts of me and make me less available to my family and friends, and keep me in pain. I can do something about it, and I really, truly believe FYM is it! But I need that extra motivator, and these DVDs would be such a wonderful way to get going. Thanks for being such an encourager and being so devoted to helping all of us, your friends!!

I would love to win these DVD’s, I have tried many workouts, that are a grueling 50 mins long, and I have plateaued, can’t seem to get rid of unwanted weight. I am 52 and determined!
But also I would like for my 18 year old daughter to be able to lose, she battles with her weight, and 50 min is too long to expect from an 18 year old. I have always been told we have to work out hard and long.
