“I feel so good when I work out…it’s so exhilarating.
I did the FYM short burst resistance exercises and then intervals on the bike for 10 minutes and stretched for a cool down all in just 30 minutes!”
~ Beth S., Mom of Two, Indianapolis
It is evident that Beth has stumbled upon one of the secrets that makes Doing and Sticking To your workout routine possible.
Pure Enjoyment
When you truly love what you do, you will keep doing it!
Sure that is obvious, but the most surprising part? When I asked Beth how her results were coming along, this is what she said…
Funny, because isn’t that what we all immediately expect….Results?
Most agree that our motivation is based on RESULTS. Results are what we all want asap. Results are what every single weight loss program promises you.
But the factors that determine whether we reach them and keep them lie deeper a bit deeper.
And that is what Beth has discovered.
It is not the destination….but the journey, getting the most out of each and every experience that leads you one step closer to your ultimate body shaping goals!
She has taken the right steps by establishing a mindset programmed for success.
This very step has allowed her to become aware of and embrace the way she physically feels during and after each workout. This awareness has helped to not only keep her focused but also acts as a powerful drive, keeping her priorities at the forefront of her mind.
My Personal Motivation
I look forward to each and every one of my workouts. What keeps me going is the rush of energy I feel, the stress relief and I LOVE tracking my progress and getting stronger!
Plus, what makes my workouts DOABLE is the fact that I only need 15 minutes! There is no room for excuses!
I have two different places I really enjoy working out at home. My basement…as you can see in my video…which is all set up and ready to go so I can workout whenever I need to. I keep it brightly lit and have music ready to go. This has been my main area for the past 3 months since it is TOO dang cold to workout outside.
Yes, second, and preferred option, is working out on my back deck. There is no better feeling than breathing in the fresh air, feeling the warm sunshine and taking in the beautiful view as I workout….and after 3 months of winter workouts – - – I am so ready to get back outside again!

I am loving the February workouts from Club FYM. I like how they incorporate the whole body so I am making really effective use of my time.
I am with you Holly I love the FEELING after working out. ( well I also like the results!) You can breathe deeper and your body feels shaky yet energized!
Stacey
I’ve always enjoyed working out. It’s some me time, usually, and with fym it doesn’t take nearly as long. Since I know I’ll be done in a short amount of time, I stay even more motivated. Plus, feel so good after I’m done!
Hi Holly -what keeps me motivated to workout is that it’s always been a part of my life and I just LOVE to workout. My workouts have definitely changed over the years and I must sayI am really enjoying all of your workouts and your DVD’s. There seems to be a lot of negativity around “making the time”, “taking the time”, “fitting it in”-this does not even come into question with your workouts – it’s 15 mins – 15 little mins!!!! How can anything be easier than that?? If you get stuck – take a few moments to stop and remind yourself how good you feel when you do workout. Then just go do it.
I am in a better mood when I exercise regularly. Otherwise, on cloudy, rainy days, I jump between angry and unconcerned.
Working out is my ME time, and with a nearly 5 year old and a 5 month old, that time is precious!!
I love the feeling after a workout – energized, even if I have only slept for a few hours the night before, and the wobbly feeling of muscles that have been worked!!
I LOVE the energy burst after workouts and the feeling of accomplishment (whew! made it without dying
) Doing workouts first thing in the morning makes me feel calm and less irritable, setting me up for a great day!
What motivates me… is the way I feel, I love my “15″ minutes of ME time! I look forward to exercising basically because i love the effect that I get from doing something for myself. The energy boost to the stress melting away… seeing that I’m getting stronger on a daily basis, now that’s exciting! The exercises are fun and never boring… and best bit you feel so much yummier after completing them.
I have this image of me looking hot, staying hot
, my husband adoring me and having tons of energy! I know the first two may seem shallow, but for my marriage, it is very important to me. this keeps me going
I really cant believe that only 15 minutes workput can give such results. I’ve just started 3 weeks ago and could feel that my clothes are beginning to be loo.se
I am an early riser, and mornings are always my favorite time to work out. I love the feeling of energy and focus and centeredness that comes from starting my day with a workout.
I love all your workouts, more so for the fact that it only takes 15 mins a day. I’ve only started FYM but am already feeling great! Am enjoying every minute of it. Thank you for the workouts!
I have been working out every morning with Cheryl and we have tried many exercisers workouts and are really enjoying doing them. I cannot do all the advanced one’s that Cheryl is doing for her cardio but I can do all the others. We are preparing good nutritious food along with our workouts but we are not losing to much weight. I’ve only lost 3 1/3 pounds which I feel I should of lost more in the 3 weeks I’ve been here.
What are we doing wrong? This coming Monday, we’re going to journal everything we eat for a week and see what happens. If you have any suggestions for us, send them over. Thanks Holly.
I love these video workouts, but is it possible to get ahold of them in a printable form like what comes in your e-book? I printed out the workouts in your book and keep them in my planner to remind me each day to do them and can see the different exercises easily no matter where I am
I always look forward to doing my next workout. It make me feel so good about myself. The visual results tend to be a bit too slow for me , but I can really feel the difference. By the way Holly you make a 1 legged squat look so easy. I haven’t quite mastered that one yet. Thanks for all the video.
Andrea,
Yes – I post brand new downloadable workouts each month at ClubFYM.com – if you join in the next week, you can get 2 new February Fat Burn workouts. After that I take them down and post the March workouts. Hope to see you there soon!
Adeline
Couple things…I see you only just joined ClubFYM 3 weeks ago. It takes time to get the habits in place that get fab results. You are on the right track by writing down what you are eating. Hope you will start a progress journal in the forums so you can troubleshoot if needed.
Keep in mind, the scale is not the sole determinant of your results – I have posted this many times in ClubFYM and on the blog.
The way I feel during, after, and the day after my workout is probably what keeps me motivated.
what’s been keeping me from working out during my break was extremely busy social life; family relatives and in-laws.
I don’t even get enough sleep, so the next day i’m overly tired and cycle went on the entire break
I’m back home now, I miss my house, my daily routine, and my bed!
I’m almost back on my eating supportively and will re-start working out soon.
thanks holly
My motivations are my friend’s wedding reception (she’s getting married in another state) and to show someone what he is and will be missing (long story short, I was treated like crap and now it’s time to move on). Plus I want to have a healthy lifestyle and I’m aspiring to a career in aesthetics where appearance is important. Not only do I want beautiful and healthy skin, I want my body to be healthy and fit.
