I have been following your cardios and mixing and matching and not doing the same stuff all the time so my body doesn&#039;t get used to it.

		<description>Holly has a second program at Club FYM called Fit Club. It&#039;s a dvd of the month program.

 We get a new dvd every month with a downloadable pdf that is a booklet of the complete workout and instructions of the workout.

 She also has a section for every circuit on the dvd explaing how to do each exercise and things to watch for and how to modify the move if you want to make it easier or harder.

We also receive a newsletter that is only available to Fit Club members.

Fit Club members have a private area in the forums.

 Holly gives us special attention by giving us a coaching call every month where we spend more than an hour talking with her on the phone and going over a certain topic and she answers any questions we have. It&#039;s virtually like sitting in her living room and visiting, with a purpose.

Holly makes Fit Club members a high priority when we have questions. I couldn&#039;t ask for a better personal trainer and coach, and she does all this for 39.95 a month! I paid that much for a diet program that only included a once a week 1/2 hour meeting with no personal attention whatsoever!

I am a bargain hunter and Fit Club has been the most bang for my buck that I have gotten anywhere! (Can you tell I love it?) Holly is the best! Absolutely, hands down!</description>
