I’m 12 weeks, due November 10, with my … 4th!! I’m looking forward to staying fit this pregnancy & aim to put on less than the 25kg of my last (which I lost 23 of before falling pregnant again).

I wish I had had this when I was pregnant. We have a complete family now, so I won’t be needing it, but I’m sure many women would love to have the right advice during their pregnancy.
I wish you got pregnant sooner!!!! I’m due next week but I’m still interested to read the tips anyway! While the FYM forum has been great, getting a weekly newsletter with stage relevant stuff would have been awesome too

You look great Holly! I am excited to follow too in case I get pregnant with number three. I want to stay fit, I already feel great now and am making baby steps in the right direction. I want to maintain and make improvements if I should get pregnant.
I ahve been following your aritcles diligently and they help. Since I got pregnant, I felt so tired and stopped exercising. To make matters worse, I ahve very bad varicose veins showing..is there any exercises you can recommend that would not hurt my legs and cause more veins to show? I would b very appreciative.
