Our Magical Disney Experience

 Our Magical Disney Experience

Our Family Christmas gift was a trip to Disney~ Tyler wanted to be sure I share some photos with you. Scroll down to see some of Tyler’s Highlights.

In our Disney experience we visited 3 parks – Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Took lots of fun photos – as you are about to see – experienced so many cool rides and attractions and met some cool characters.

Out of all the experiences and attractions, it is kind of hard to pick a favorite….for me, it’s a toss up between Soarin’ where you go on a virtual hang glider and Space Mountain – an in the dark, roller coaster that zooms you around in space! Tyler’s torn between the Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor and Star Tours.

Here are some of the memories captured:

Tyler met Goofy at Hollywood Studios

1+goofy Our Magical Disney Experience

We also “enjoyed” the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror….while I am NOT a roller coaster person, the random drops in the dark made my belly flip, it was a creative ride. We were also entertained by a live Indian Jones stunt show, Star Tours and of course wrapped up the night with Fantasmic!

At Epcot Tyler met Beauty and The Beast!

Donald Duck ~ One of Tyler’s Favorites!

And since he has been so into “A Christmas Carol” and Scrooge is his favorite character, the Mickey Mouse version of this story Scrooge is played by Scrooge McDuck – But we were unable to find the real Scrooge McDuck so Tyler settled for a photo of him instead.

We spent our final day at Magic Kingdom.

Being a part of an Interactive Buzz Light Year Video Game (in which I beat the boys with a score of 27,000 points).

Eating Dinner at the Crystal Palace gave Tyler the chance to meet all the Winnie the Pooh Characters.

Wrapping up the evening with a Holiday Show in front of Cinderella’s Castle ~ my camera just could not capture how truly beautiful the castle looked.

I could write for hours on all we experienced – but I am sure just sharing this allows you to get a glimpse. If you have never been to Disney – wow – is all I can say.

Last year was our very 1st trip – and prior to that I was never into all the Mickey Magic stuff – now I get it – now I understand. And to share this experience this with my family and see how this lights Tyler up from the inside out is truly priceless.

Thanks for sharing this Disney experience with me! I am Happy to be Back and ready to map out plans for one Fantastic 2010 experience with YOU! Be on the lookout all the week for tips and strategies on how to kick start this New Year stronger than ever plus details on the 12 Week New Year’s Transformation Challenge!

Have a Safe and Happy New Year’s Celebration Tonight!

Looks like you had a great time! I live in Daytona so we go to Disney pretty frequently. And we always go around Christmas to see the decorations. Did you see the Osborne family lights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios? Aren’t they amazing? I’m a huge Disney fanatic! Even got married there! Anyway, those are awesome pictures! Happy New Year!

Congrats on getting your mom on to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride…she is more brave than I am! Holly,

We took our kids (11 & 13) to Disneyland for the first time last month. What a trip! What memories! My two favorite rides were also Soarin’ and Space Mountain. And we have an incredible shot of the castle all lighted up at night virtually identical to yours. I am glad you had such a wonderful time. What a great way to end 2009. Looking forward to 2010.

I know what you mean about the Disney Magic. We have been going for years since our girls were young and now they are adults and we all still enjoy going. In fact Dave & I are heading there Saturday and meeting some friends that moved to Houston several years ago. I love that you beat the boys at the Buzz Lightyear game. Isn’t that fun! Also awesome pictures of Tyler with many of the characters! Glad you had a MAGICAL time!
