Rachel’s 9 Week  Lose Tummy Fat Results…

“Since I didn’t take measurements and pictures before I started Fit Yummy Mummy (still kicking myself for that!) I decided to take this picture in my loose size 8 jeans. I started at 138 lbs. and am now at 121 lbs. with a 28″ waist. I’ve had three C-sections, too, so I understand….last bit of jiggly is ALL in that C-section overhang area!     Holly, I need so badly to lose my belly fat…it seems like when I hit 60 any weight that I gained went right to my tummy. I also found out at this time that I was allergic to wheat and gluten products. This has become the hardest thing to work with as I am also allergic to walnuts, peanuts and sometimes dairy does not set to well with me if I eat to much….there goes my yogurt and light cheese. Oh..I can not eat diet foods as they usually have nutrasweet(that awful sweetener) in them…can not have that, as I get major headaches and stomach aches. I truly need help to get motivated and keep on track. Please give me some ideas as to what I can do safely for my age. I do bowl twice a week and I do try to take my dogs (3) for walks when the weather permits. I am so happy for Rachel that I am forwarding this story on to my daughters. Not that they need to loose weight…just firm up. I think that this will help them. Thank you again for any help that you can give me. Sincerely, Jeannie
