Labor Day Weekend Workout
No need to lose progress on your fat loss goals over a long labor day weekend when you have a quick, 15 minute body weight labor day weekend workout to follow!
All you need is YOU and a step!
Repeat this circuit 3-4 times through for a 15 minute fat burn workout.
1. Bulgarian Split Squat 1 1/2 reps – 8-10x ea leg
2. Push Ups – 8-10x
3. Plank Row – 8-10x ea side
4. Drop Split Squats – a metabolic mover – 8-10x ea leg
