“Fit Yummy Mummy has become my life; it is a lifestyle not just a 12 week challenge for me.
The workouts were the easy part, ok not easy but they were laid out for me with no guessing. This challenge I only had two weeks that I didn’t get all three in. This is huge, consistency is key.
I had a wonderful support system. Not only would I log on to ClubFYM everyday and read what others were going through, I had a fabulous workout buddy as well. Marloes and I work out at the same level of intensity and are at the same level of workouts. I can’t stress how much having Marloes there to push me has helped.
It is easy to not see the changes in yourself when you are kept busy pushing yourself to your limit and helping others stay focused.

Jessica’s Body Shaping Success Goals
*Eat clean 80%+ of the time and keep a journal of everything I eat
•Take my supplements regularly (VGF25+, Icon)
•Eat minimal amounts of added sugar and processed foods
*Get in 3 workouts a week minimum and journal them
*Keep my intervals as intense as possible
*Be supportive to my fellow ClubFYM’ers
*Take the challenge seriously
I want to feel fit, healthy and beautiful.
I know if I put my mind to it, I can do this. I want to have a rockin body.

Over the past year and a half I have had great results, but the last 12 weeks more than anything I have really changed my body shape! My thighs don’t rub together anymore and nothing hangs over the top of my pants!
My results are slow and steady but lifelong and amazing.
