Watching you progress through this past year has been a transformative experience for me as well as for you! Each week through 2009 when I visited you in CT, I could see the changes that had taken place in you from the week before, and you were changing in all sorts of ways right before my eyes! It was wondrous to witness! Seeing my daughter slowly and surely return to her former size and shape has been so thrilling for me and so inspiring! You look beauiful, fit and healthy, and I know you are those things and more! Thank you for bringing me aboard FYM! With this NYTC challenge begins my own transformation to my best self, and I cannot wait! Already, I am so excited, because the joy is in the journey, which began on January 11th! Next January, 2011, I will be transformed from my current, less than optimal state to somewhere far down the road toward my best self. I hope you enjoy witnessing my progress as much as I've enjoyed witnessing yours! I am so happy for you and so pround of you and the extraordinary changes you have made in yourself!
