    My husband and I have been in many life changing events from a new, changing homes, and mindset. Now we had both decided to dedicate some time to heath and be one another’s support system. For the past few months we had move several times and have been living in hotel because we never knew where work would take us. My husband has decided to change career and we have decide to get in shape for his new job. I know intervals is a great way to improve your workout with little time. This would really help us reach our goal and still have time for our 9 month old and our 2 1/2 year old. Thank you

    So I’ve been thinking about this all weekend and this is where I am right now. I’ve ridden the rollercoaster of trying a million things and failed. I really believe that intervals could change my life. Having tried to start doing intervals on my own, I know that these dvds would be such a help because I need a “coach” to navigate and help me stay with it. I love your encouraging and down-to-earth style and feel like this would be an opptunity to really kick things into high gear!

    I just turned 50 and I am 50 pounds overweight and I am tired and frustrated. I have two girls aged 8 and 9 and I don’t have time for the gym. I bought a treadmill at Christmas so I would turn 50 with a better body….and it just isn’t happening :(
    I know I need something that is easy to use and doesn’t take a lot of time and I get to see results for my time and effort! Could this be it? :)

    Intervals are a mystery and challenge to me. I could really use the direction the DVDs would provide. My 48th birthday is fast approaching. I’d love to add the interval piece (with success) to my FYM fitness routine. I want to conquer this mountain this year! What a witness I could be to my 7 children!

    A friend of mine told me about your program and after watching the online videos and reading the material, I was still a little skeptical (despite her success), but decided to give it a try anyway. My twins just turned 1 yesterday and getting my pre-baby body back is way overdue. I had 4 kids in 4 1/2 years and like so many other women, would love to see the abs that have been missing for so long again. I’ve been using the current 60-minute intervals provided with your program, but after working out for about 5 weeks now, I could definitely use something different to keep me going and give me the added incentive to loose the remaining belly and inches. Thanks for putting together such a realistic workout program that is possible to do in a short amount of time for busy moms. We appreciate you, Holly!

    Hi Holly I would love to win the dvd’s as I really strugle to put together my workout programes and if I had you to guide me it would certainly help me get to my destination of being happy with my body again. Life is a constant battle with 2 children who are involved in lots of activities after school and running a hair and beauty business and a clothing bussiness which leaves very little time for me and excercising the way i would like to. It would aslo be like having a training buddy how cool would that be.

    I would like to win the interval DVD kit so very much. I have noticed since the start of the follow along resistance training videos, I am so much more consistent, I know now I’m exercising correctly and I feel so much more motivated. I look forward to exercising along with you and I just know the interval DVDs will do the same for me. I am looking for more variety with my intervals and to be more consistent and I need that kick to finally leave my elliptical trainer and treadmill to gather dust.     I love the FYM workouts and I really enjoy the RT exercises. I have seen a bit increase in my strength and changes in my body shape. I have a series of 3 different types of exercises for the interval training and love using you MP3 downloads for the timing and since downloading these my intensity for the workouts has increased. I would love new ideas and increased motivation with your new dvds and mp3s to take me further on my FYM journey.

    1. Intervals are fun and challenging.
    2. It is nice to have you to follow along with because you push me to give it my all.
    3. I have one inch of baby belly left and want to blast it soon! (Hopefully before getting to be my sister’s matron of honor in August!)

    I have been doing Holly’s exercise program since April with terrific results. I have managed six sessions a week which I find incredible with three small children (including a baby) and working full-time. This really works for me so I am committed to this program on an ongoing basis. So I need the Interval Training for Moms DVD!

    The main reason for needing the DVD is that I have so enjoyed working out alongside Holly for my strength workouts, and would really like to do this for the intervals as well. It is motivating, focusing and makes me less likely to “let myself off the hook”. I have loaded the workouts on my iPad so can work out inside, outside, in hotels and on holiday – no excuses!

    Secondly, I need more interval ideas. It’s so easy to get stuck doing the same old, same old.

    Lastly, I really like the Workout Muse app which I use on my iPad. I expect the Downloadable Interval Training Soundtracks would be just as good.

    If I don’t win the Kit I will buy it, so I guess that’s not a very good reason to choose me! But thanks for the chance.

    After subscribing to a number of exercise and fitness blogs and “freebies” for ages I still cant seem to find the time to get up and “do it”. Its now winter here and I am suffering severely from the cold and never seem to be warm which Im sure is partly metabolism based. From every thing I read Intervals are a fabulous metabolism boost as well as being time efficient. Just perfect for fitting in to the short day between works, kids, house and trying to have a life! Having such a comprehensive package of DVD’s and interval tracks, here in my home would be just the boost I need to get moving!

    The part of my workout that I struggle with is the intervels…even though you have everything all mapped out on different ideas on what to do and how to do and a scale where our breath should be. I still struggle with them! I thought I was doing stength training good until I was actually able to do them online with you. You challenged me another level and I can’t thank you enough. I LOVE THE VIDEOS. I would love to be able to get this DVD and have you challenge me in this area! It would be the missing piece to my puzzle There is NOTHING like working out with you and having you there to push me and encourage. I really appreciate all that you do.     I know this Interval training kit will be the best thing for me because Ive been trying different ways of losing the excess weight that i have put on from my pregnancy ( my daughter is 15 months now), but nothing seems to work. I’m a working mother which means that my day starts and ends with seeing about my daughter and i have little or no time to exercise. I started exercising and have gotten bored with doing the same routine over and over. Intervals will be the best thing for me because there would be different routines and music that will help to get me going. I would love to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight and fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes that no longer fit!

    I am a busy working mom of 3 kids ages 9, 7, and 1. I wake up Mon-Fri at 4:45AM get the kids up by 5:30AM and out the door by 5:50AM. I work 6:30 -4:00 and come home to fix dinner and try to workout. My husband works out of town during the week so it is just me to take care of the 3 kids. I did belong to a gym and loved going but it was taking too much time out of my schedule each day and the baby has to be in bed by 7:30 each night. I would LOVE to win this to use so I can get off the last 20 pounds that I need to lose. I have a medical condition called PCOS which makes me insulin resistant. I have to eat high protein and work out. I need these workouts so I can workout as much as I can without cutting into my family time. I am tired of trying to burn all that cardio time in the gym. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    I’m so excited that this kit is ready to go. I’d love to win this Interval Training for Moms DVD kit because I think it’s one of the motivators that I can use at this point to get myself moving in the right direction. I feel like I’ve been in limbo for a bit and I’ve also been taking shortcuts to get results. I know better. Shortcuts don’t work but using proper laid out done-for-you tried and tested material does work. I have experienced this before so I know it does work. So instead of trying to constantly make do with what I have and trying to improvise, I’d love to have it all right there at my finger tips. No longer using two or three timers to make the one interval sound track I already have work for two or three different interval times. I also have something set up on my TV that allows me to follow Holly easier so I can do my workouts right along side of her. No more guessing and realizing later that I didn’t have the right form, etc.

    I’m so excited about this new kit. I can’t wait to see and experience it.

    Hi Holly,
    I am not a mom either. I came to FYM after looking for an exercise regimen designed for women. I love the monthly workouts and do them along with the videos on my laptop computer in my living room. But I am stuck in a rut with intervals. I use a music CD for them–the first track is for jumping rope and the second for jumping jacks. But it is TOO easy to stop after the second track. This is only about 8-9min of intervals. I would love to have the intervals DVD because I know it would help me push myself to do the full 15 min. and give me ideas for different interval exercises. The interval video you put up a month or so ago was WONDERFUL, but unfortunately it is saved on my main computer, not the laptop I just bought. I know there are FYM moms that are more deserving of the DVD than I am. I thank you for reading my comment and considering me for the DVD.

    Holly I hope you pick me because money is tight right now and I’m not able to buy any of your awesome DVDs yet. I have four kids to take care of and their crazy animals so I don’t have the money for me. I spend it all on what we absolutely need. I keep slowly putting money aside but I end up having to spend it on the kids. One of my youngest is going into agricultural science next school year and she wants a goat for her class, can you believe it a goat lol!?!? Well at least he’ll mow the yard :). I have a business but it hasn’t had any business in a year so I had to get a new job for the bank, and now I spend all my money on gas trying to do my job driving to tons of house everyday.

    Everyday is a struggle for me to make healthy decisions. I have gotten into the habit of trying to balance. I will gave a green shake for breakfast and a piece of cake in the afternoon and will self justify by saying that the shake balances out the cake. I am just not feeling motivated to work out either! Like the others, I am falling into the habit of being more of a reader & less of a doer. The DVD set would help get me back on track, and my 5 month old daughter will be entertained watching me!     I have followed FYM for several years but I never completely embraced the program. I think I was more of a reader than a doer! I was stuck and having such a hard time believing 15 minutes a day of exercise would make a difference. I finally joined the Summer Challenge and am learning that intensity is key.     Well the much much awaited DVD is almost here. I’m so excited I can’t wait. I’ve been a FYM for just over a year. I just joined clubFYM in Jan and that has been the game changer. I do pretty great with my RT’s since I can just follow along w/the DVD, but my intervals are not good. I’ve really struggled with what to do, how to do it and how long to do it. I have the interval soundtracks and those help, but I still have to “pick” an exercise. I really feel like the interval DVD’s are what is going to help give me that extra edge I need to push through the last 15 or 20 pounds I want to loose. Also in the mini-challenge our group of only 5 ended up 2nd in the points race. Most of us had only been with FYM since Jan!! So that was a great boost too. Thanks for all you do. Keeping my fingers crossed!! See you in July!

    This program is incredible! I’ve been following the FYM plan since March of this year, and I feel wonderful…have seen so many positive changes. However, I feel I need a boost in terms of my interval training – I’ve run out of ideas, and if I’m short on time (which happens often in my life, as I’m a full-time teacher, plus mom to a 1 year old and 4 year old, with a husband who is often away on business), I tend to skip the interval training. It would be sooo incredible to have the new Interval DVDs created by you, Holly – just what I need to jump-start my summer and re-energize my workouts. It’s been a great start with FYM, but this resource will make my training efforts that much more effective. Thank you for everything you do, Holly – it is so appreciated.     I wouldn’t necessarily say that I’m more deserving than any other FYM out there. The reason I would like the DVD set, is simply put, I’m stuck on my treadmill for my IT’s. I love my treadmill, but I’m afraid that I’m slowing my progress down because I’m not doing the more difficult body weight IT’s. I just can’t get myself motivated to push through a bodyweight IT for 15min without having someone there to challenge me and do it with me. I know that if I had this DVD set, I would be doing them right along with you and that would break my bad habit of just using the treadmill and actually bring variety to my workouts, especially when I’m traveling.

    I have been a FYM follower for a few years now. I am also a fitness instructor and for the past 2 years I have been teaching a 30 minute class to teachers at my children’s school. My participants enjoy the quick but effective workouts I provided for them. We have all had great improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility and inches lost. We are now on summer break and I would like to have someone lead me for a change so I can maintain my fitness gains and hopefully reach my personal goals.

    Hi Holly? How are u? I’m not going to lie to u but am not a mom and am not close to but the reason why am here is that my body is seriously falling apart and i need to get it back together. I have a belly that looks like i had 3 children and the worst part is that i was fairly lean and ok two years ago. I was very sporty and could eat anything but sometime last year i underwent some wierd growth spur. Trust me, it was NOT nice. I felt huge and i couldnt even participate in any activities because i could HEAR my fat jiggling. I really need this program because i think it will work well. I have seen some results from mothers which have truly inspired me and i want to get my body back…scratch that…an even better body.

    I have been a consistent follower of FYM’s lifestyle for a about a year now, even if I am part of the club since August 2009.
    So, I have implemented tons of different ideas and moves to my Intervals sessions during this period. Thanks to those too, I have reached some very important goals in my fat loss journey and in my personal intimate goals, as well.
    Now I am in one of the most difficult phases of my journey and I really need some motivational kicks to avoid plateaus and adding new challenges to my path.     Hi Holly! The Interval Training for Moms DVD Kit is the perfect program for me at this point in my fat loss journey because it is versatile, customizable, and less time-consuming than traditional exercising. I am working on losing weight and becoming healthier myself so I can better care for my family and to set a good example for my children. My son has autism and takes a great amount of my time and energy. My daughter has struggled with her weight for the past 5 years (I think from brotherly stress :) We love to workout together, but lately have been struggling with boredom.     Is because I know it would truly benefit me in my weightloss. I have been struggling with the STC and know that I must pick back up to revamp my motivation and do what I need to, so I may be a true FYM! I know “winning” this would help boost my confidence and allow me to feel more involved.

    Even though I’m not a FYM club member I still enjoy the emails sent to me from Holly. I have purchased the very first DVD set and loved it so much that I know this DVD set will be just as good! I’ve lost all of my baby weight using these DVD’s & advice given…even much thinner than my pre-body weight. Also, I have had my 2nd baby (now 9 mths) and having kids there’s little time to exercise and keep the weight off! That’s why I’d be thrilled if I could win this DVD set!!!

    WOW, what I wouldn’t do to win this. I mean – I need to win this because I think it would help me shed that stubborn weight and change up my workout regime. I’m in a rut. I love working out on our back deck but also inside (our home and the gym). Sometimes my little beauties join me. What’s even better they think exercise is fun – trust me it’s a lot more FUN for mommy too with a cheering squad! It totally keeps me motivated. As does a new routine, new music, etc. I need to get a kick back into my old routine. I LOVE intervals and have made up cards that help me change up my routine – would love this set because it would just change my life!

    I am due to have my second baby any day now and I am worried about how to find time to excercise with a 3 year old and a new born. I have traditionally been an hour-in-the-gym or run-for-an-hour kinda girl but know what I simply won’t have the time for that kind of training with two children. I LOVE intervals but need a bit of variety and motivation to keep me going. I can’t wait to get back into serious exercise and start to shed some of the 20kg (44lbs) I’ve gained this pregnancy!
