    I am now 30 and since I gave birth in 2005, I have done basically nothing to loose my belly fat and I am ashamed of that. Now I feel bad and look horrible, my thighs and arms are huge and loose with strechmarks. Recently I subscribed to FitYummyMummy to do something about myself and to my surprise I like what I am reading so far, do you think its too late for me to loose my belly fat. Can you tell me where to start? Thanks again I feel there is a chance and I love this site already.

    Annik, although the pics aren’t showing here right now, I’ve seen your progress on FYM and I just wanted to tell you that I think you are amazing and beautiful! Keep up the good work. FYM is the key to successful, fit living. It can work for anyone and it’s NEVER too late to start.
