 I Lost 5 1/2 Inches off my Mommy Belly!

My Personal 16 Week Challenge Results Sally has removed over 13 pounds and 5 1/2 inches from her belly! “Fit Yummy Mummy was the answer to years of useless fat- loss efforts. I have been set free from a life of fitness futility, and have been given the tools to effectively gain health and fitness and never be overweight and unhealthy again! I decided from the beginning that the one thing I was going to be was consistent. What I learned by doing the workouts anyway was that there was VERY LITTLE actually stopping me from working out. I made a decision to just figure it out and do it anyway. I have always found a way. I’ve learned so much by staying by that commitment. Every obstacle was opportunity for me to learn a lesson. In fact, after the very 1st week of obstacles I thought I had overcome all the obstacles I would encounter and I would be on my way with smooth sailing! Then second week…..there were new obstacles. Third week…same thing! I figured out that there was just always going to be some type of obstacle so I’d better get used to it and do what I have to do anyway! My Results FYI: I choose to wear the dreaded horizontal striped shirt that accentuates the negative!!! I will continue to wear this top for the challenge photos as a test. The 16 Week Fit Yummy Mummy System has laid the foundation for a whole new way of exercising, eating and taking care of my family and myself that I will be able to use for the rest of my life! ~ I’ve gone from thinking the less food the better, to understanding the importance of fueling your muscles with 6 small supportive meals per day within my calorie range. ~ I’ve gone from thinking the more exercise the better, to understanding that less can be more when it comes to effective exercise. Key to My Results As a busy homeschool mom, I need schedules and systems and documentation to keep things flowing in an orderly fashion and to make sure that our many obligations actually get accomplished and don’t remain wishful thinking or fall by the wayside as life tends to come up with surprises around every corner.     You are an inspiration to me! There is so much we have in common and one thing that you have that I am working towards – success with what you are doing.

    I am not seeing changes (other than 2-3 lbs) on the scale, yet my clothes feel much loser. I am ok with that. I can’t wait to have the incredible results you have posted above. Congratulations and keep up the great work!
