The surest way to fall short of your goal is to make your goal unattainable.
For instance, resolving to exercise an hour a day to achieve weight loss results.
Now I know you had the best of intentions when you set your weight loss goals at the start of the year, However, I worry that you and so many others have only set themselves up with unrealistic expectations and this has been coupled with a weight loss plan that just is not doable with our super busy schedules.
In fact, some of the most popular new year’s resolutions include improving fitness by
~ exercising more and eating less ~
This approach is flawed and will get you no where fast!
And the worst part….you are left feeling like you have failed, yet again.
It’s time to **Recharge Your Wight Loss Resolutions**
Stop the blame
Stop the excuses
Stop abandoning your dreams to achieve a better body.
You CAN and you WILL get results when you begin to take an approach that actually Works for you!
When it comes to fat loss – you do NOT need to exercise hours a week and you do NOT need to starve yourself crazy!
Results are achieved through ***Quality NOT Quantity****
The Fit Yummy Mummy approach shows you exactly how to get the most out of the small segments of time you DO have for yourself.
How does 15 minutes workout sound to you?
A mere 90 minutes a Week – not endless, begrudging HOURS!
And yes, you get to eat! More than you expect and still enjoy all your favorite foods. It’s all about quality of the effort you put into your workouts and meal plans.
Fit Yummy Mummy makes it easy – taking out all the guesswork and mapping out step by step, 16 week workout plan to follow that takes a mere 15 minutes to complete.
I don’t care How busy you are…..We all have 15 minutes to giver to ourselves…
15 minutes that delivers TRUE fat loss results!
The reality is – an hour a day simply takes away- takes away your precious time, your motivation, your ability to see real, lasting results.
If you have 15 minutes and $5 to spare, what do you have to lose?
10 – 20 – 30 pounds?
Day 11 Results….
“I’m also tickled to report that I’ve lost 6.5 pounds
and quite a few inches all over my body! I can
definitely see and feel a difference and I am
SO thrilled! I definitely feel that a goal of a
30 pound weight loss by the end of Week 12 is
completely attainable! I can’t wait!!!!”
