If you can make the effort to engage in negative self talk, choose to not workout, choose to indulge in a few more “cheats” – and yes, this does take effort -then you have the ability and the power to choose differently.
Action Steps:
Just three…so take them today.
1 ~ Goals
Take the time to write our your goal.
Determine what it is you want and most importantly – WHY you want it. If you already have taken this step- Review them and reconnect with the emotions of WHY you are doing all of this in the 1st place.
Take it one step further and make a Vision Board.
2 ~ Write About Your Experience
How freeing it is to post your thoughts and feelings about your set backs??!!
There is something VERY powerful in the written word.

Just what I needed today Holly! I fell off track this last two weeks for many reasons but have made up my mind that today is the day I get back on track. I had a great 18 weeks before this and plan to have many more starting today!

Thank you very much for that! Sometimes things happen and it just drains you and you do not want anything else to do. Especially in our economic climate but it was nice to get out and do something for yourself and feel energies after that!

Its spring time here in South Africa & what a wonderful time “To get back on Track” for too long now I have failed to succeed in my fat loss, and this message just confirms the revelation in my heart that “now is the time” to achieve past “new year resolutions” this year is not over yet………I will achieve my goal weight & will have the body I have always dreamed of………….”Girls watch this space”

Thank you for the constent reminders…its good to have the support of someone to always be on you especially when you are down. I am a single mother and always home, so next week I signed up for an aerobics and aquatics class to get me back on track. I feel being around others with the same desire will produce better results than trying to do it on my own. Since receiving your emails I can honestly say I have a greater desire to lose my unwanted weight rather than just think about it. Keep up the motivating emails….I really admire them!!
