Four Fun Lower Body Moves
All you need is a pair of dumbbells and 10-15 minutes!
FYI: I used 15 lb. dumbbells in each hand

Squats
Bulgarian Split Squats
Romanian Deadlifts (my Fave!)
Front Squats

Perform 8 to 12 repetitions of each exercise with a 10 second break as you transition from one exercise to the next.
After you complete 1 circuit take a 60 second breather…grab some water and repeat!
Your “Lose Thigh Fat” workout is a great way to not only add variety to your current workout- for we all know, you cannot spot reduce, but the use of lower body exercises that require you to use large muscle groups will help you burn more calories during and well after your workout is complete.

Hi Holly,
You have some great exercises for people with healthy joints. What about some great leg exercises for people with bad knees! 30 years after a gymnastic injury and six surgeries, my knees are shot yet I need to strengthen my quads and hams. Help!
