Went with the Cheerleader costume for I am here to cheer you on – made it fun by using my pom poms in a creative way to add a challenge to these full body moves!

    Great workout. I have to keep my hands flat on floor and alternate lifting a dumb-bell or I lose my balance on the T-ups. Thanks for such a great workout Holly. Love your costume.
