ME & the ‘mind games’ that I can’t do it. If it was something I really wanted, I would MAKE it happen, whether it is planning a get together, planning a vacation, purchasing something that I want…. when it comes to changing my weight…Self doubt, being overwhelmed, temptations everywhere, you need to make the choice & just do it!
We have 6 @ home, so we go organic where we can, I’m teaching the kids what Holly teaches so I do not accept their ‘I’m hungry’ excuse if there wasn’t a protein/produce choice! It is getting easier because that’s the way I choose to look at it!

My biggest challenges are finding the best healthy food for me, grocery shopping and then the prep/cooking. Would be nice to have it all just delivered to my door and all I have to do is heat and eat. I need an easy button and then I’d be happy to eat healthy.

So bottom line is I need an easy list on where to buy and convenience. Hope that helps.

It means being in the kitchen a lot longer and more often than I care to be in the kitchen! Of course the rewards of this are endless but my human nature chooses shortcuts and tends to be on the lazy side occasionally.

Hardest part for me, is following through with my plan once I make it.

I love to plan and scheme and make lists, but not so good about the follow through.
