		<description>Those are wonderful tips.  My son has been watching the videos with Tyler and is excited to start eating heatlhier breakfast and lunches.  I feel bad because I do give my son poptarts sometimes.  Not often and I probaby shouldn&#039;t at all.  He really likes ww bagels with cream cheese.  He loves waffles and I have been getting the ww waffles.  Thanks for more ideas!</description>

Holly, this was great.  I&#039;ve been trying to teach my kids good nutrition habits by educating them and by being a good example.  It is SO NICE to have you and Tyler share your ideas and just reinforce everything.  I&#039;m so glad my girls are hearing all this from an expert, too, and not just from their good ol&#039; mom!

Question:  Sometimes I just like a little light butter and cinammon on my toast for a change.  Is there a brand you recommend?  I tend to get the light butter.  I&#039;m also assuming margarine is NOT a good option...?  Thanks again!</description>

Being that my boys and I are gluten-free (and toss in lactose and egg free too....:D), we work together every morning to put breakfast together.  I add nuts and seeds along with bananas or other fruit to their corn puffs (love that there is one ingredient...corn), topped with rice or almond milk, which is their favorite pick.

Tyler, you make breakfast time look so exciting!  I love all the options you choose from.  And I will try and remember to keep protein, fiber, and fruit in my breakfast.  Can I have vegetables sometimes instead of fruit?</description>
