Great post Holly!! Your grocery trip is WAY better than mine!
I love these videos – really helps me see how easy it is to choose healthy food for snacks and meals. Thanks!!
You gave me some great new ideas, Holly! Thank you
Thanks, Holly! And I LOVE the recipes you shared. Last week I got a can of pickled beets and a can of regular beets to put in things with my kids–but I never thought of putting it into cottage cheese. Yummmm! And that mango chutney looks fantastic–thanks for recommending it.
Great tips Holly;
I love the frozen salmon fillets. I need to check if we have anything like that here. And the mango dip sounds yummy too!
Thanks a ton!
Thanx for the Great Tip on shopping. I Truly enjoy your articles !!
Thanks Holly! I keep forgetting about frozen salmon fillets, so thanks for sharing this video and all of your helpful tips! Another idea for cottage cheese — on top of Ezekial sesame toast… I shake some cinnamon on it and it’s very yummy! If I have more time, I do french toast (just dip bread in an egg and a little milk and cinnamon, and fry it in a pan) and then put the cottage cheese and cinnamon over that… even better!
Holly,
Excellent tips! Love this. Tell me…what do you do with your mango salsa? What do you dip in it?? I’m looking for new ideas because I LOVE salsa!
I use mango salsa as a salad dressing and a yummy topping to grilled chicken or salmon.
