Yes, you can stick to your fitness plan and get a workout in no matter where you are and what you are doing. Even at the Indianapolis 500.
Just trying to drive home the point that there are no excuses ~ you just need to DO it!

This is a bit stupid…why not wait until you get home?
Now that is dedication, and motivation! Thanks Holly.
Holly, I just howled watching the Indy 500 workout!! I loved it!! That was crazy you doing it in the parking lot!!!You are one brave girl!! My kids loved the racing footage. Thanks for giving me a good laugh and a great workout! Annette
My!!!! Holly you are really a big source of inspiration. I couldn’t believe myself….you working out in the parking lot….I mean we all feel so conscious but as Annette said you really are a brave girl. Thanks for stirring us up.
Okay…the point of this is that we make excuses as to why we should not workout.
After spending a good 10-12 hours in the car traveling to Ohio and Indiana and back to KY when I DID get home, I was exhausted.
TOO many women wait until later in the day to “do” their workouts – what happens every time we get home???
The exhaustion hits, there are too many other things to do – so we put it off to another day.
All I am trying to do here is show you in a fun way that working out IS possible to fit into your schedule as well as to STICK to a workout plan – no matter what the summer holds for you.
Thanks to those of you who understand what I am trying to do.
I think this video makes your POINT…no question! Thanks for the illustration of both method and time…the tendency is to think it should take a lot of time to accomplish SOMETHING, which often causes NOTHING to happen. You have shown me that it can take only a little time to accomplish SOMETHING. Thanks Holly!
Awesome!!! I see you had some male supporters! LOL Thanks for the inspiration!
creative! its really motivating and inspiring. always positive that wherever you maybe you can stay fit. of course others would opt to wait till they get home but sometimes it helps if we could do it so as not to waste time, especially for very busy people who wants to keep fit.
thank you……
I think it’s great! You were probably one of only a few at the Indy that didn’t have to worry about missing that workout. And when a girl looks as good as you do (even if you are doing jumping jacks in front of a crowd), you can pull it off a little better. Naysayer – Smushmayer!
What a badass!!!!!!!!!!!!
xoxo
I feel that was great!!! It did not matter where you are at because if you can sneek that workout in that’s wonderful. I work third shift and I do every exercise I can when I get some time to myself. This is great encouragement because I am guilty of putting my workout off until the next day and then never getting a chance to workout at all the whole week. I just want to say thank you!!
Wow! If you ever want to impress the guys, do push ups!! Haha. You definetly proved the point that you can exercise ANYWHERE and we really don’t have any excuses. Something is better than nothing! Even if it’s 5mins.. Thank you so much for this video Holly.
This was great Holly! And yes, the point is to just get up and DO IT! On busy days I do 4-5 min tabatas. I get great mini workouts at the park while my kids play. Some times I break down my exercises throughout the day doing 15 squats here some push-ups there, at the end of the day it sums up to 70-80 squats and 30-40 push-ups. I’ve done squats in the elevator as I carry groceries or laundry baskets. I use a lot the stairs. I’m 42 and mother of 2 great kids, and I’m in better shape now than I was before getting pregnant.
Thanks Holly for all the great advice and support.
I think the message of your video was quite clear Holly. No excuses – exercise can be done ANYWHERE at ANYTIME and it can be fun. Thank you for posting and sharing this! You look amazing as always.
Kimmy
Oh my gosh, you’re so cute while doing the exercises. You look like a kid playing around. Haha! I love your workouts. It is really a great help for me. I really wish I can meet you someday & do the workouts with you together. ^^
This was HUGELY inspiring. If you can do a 3 minute workout in a parking lot, none of us have any excuses. I’m going outside right now to do my 3 minute workout. Hoo-Rah!
