FYM Meet Up In Chicago

The Power of Fit Yummy Mummy Friendships and Support
I had a fun weekend ~ Patrick and I drove to Chicago because I had the chance to speak at the 4th annual Midwest Fitness Symposium.
I enjoy sharing what I do with other fitness professionals but the highlight of the event was getting a chance to meet up with Fit Yummy Mummy Denise!
Tyler and I had the pleasure of meeting her and her son Carter only once before earlier this summer. We met up at the aquarium so Tyler and Carter had a chance to play.
I have to tell you ~ even though Denise was the 2nd place winner of the
Summer Transformation Challenge and
I knew she was continuing to make progress….I was blown away by how different she had looked!
Not just a reduction in weight or size either…
Denise was absolutely Glowing!
What a Difference!!!
When I gave her a hug…I sure could tell! Denise has dropped from a tight size 18 to a size 12 and no longer has a need for extra large tops – she is now down to wearing MEDIUMS!!! And she wears them with pride as You can see above in her photo with her

The 1st photo was our Meet Up in early June ~ The 2nd photo was of this past Weekend!
Oh and I cannot even begin to tell you what it meant to me to have her there in the crowd listening as I spoke about what she personally knows.
She even received a round of applause from all the fitness professionals for all her hard work and dedication!
I am So Proud of You Denise!
When you are surrounded by those who care, who are there to listen, who are there to cheer you on and lift you up and most importantly those who
Believe in you….
success is inevitable!
I hope you too have such a strong and positive source of social support!
FYI
If you have not yet met Denise or seen what she has accomplished so far…..this is her Final before and after for the Summer Transformation Challenge – 12 weeks to a brand new Body – and then some! Denise was the 2nd place winner!

I’m so proud of you, too, Denise!!! You’re gorgeous!!! And Holly, just think of how many women around the world are experiencing similar dramatic results (both inside and out!) because of the TOOLS you’ve given us!
