“Now, day by day, choice by choice, I’m getting there and I’m so happy!!!

I have joy and that is a perfect reward!!

I started my Fit Yummy Mummy experience in June of 2008 at 173.9
My current weight is 144 – I’m super happy to see that number and can’t wait ’til it gets even lower!

My big belly is now 36 inches – that’s over 10 inches GONE!!!! so super great! even on my natural waist I lost 7 inches! gotta love it!

I thought my thighs weren’t budging but I in 4 weeks I have lost 2 1/2 to 3 inches on each one and three inches on my hips!

My new jeans are even fitting on the loose side and I’m trying those 8′s on and envisioning the 6′s.

I may not have a perfect body yet but I have health, hope, peace, and assurance that I have the resources I need to get it.

There is no magic pill, machine, or gimmick. It is my sweat, my “yes”, my choices every day, every meal, every temptation, and every workout. And that is a wonderful thing to realize, embrace, and run with!

Holly has really taught me to tweak, tweak, tweak and keep track of what I’m doing so that I can adjust – this works so well! AND I absolutely know that consistency = results so it is a matter of time before I do have the body of my dreams!!!

I am happy that I’m staying active through snowshoeing a couple of times a week instead of lamenting about the fact that it’s winter and cold and I can’t do anything.

Because I can!!!

I have been snowboarding twice this season and had a lot of fun and really hope to go more often. I have to be honest with myself and accept that I have the opportunity to go for a couple of hours sometimes and I don’t take it because I am lazy – I don’t want to organize all my gear, get ready and then make the change over to my next task. It feels good to own up to that and stop blaming others or situations when it really comes down to me!

It’s been neat to see my son Tristan embracing a lifestyle of exercise and activity. I will catch him doing push ups on his own and he’ll say, “Mom, I workout!” So great!!! I am one happy, proud mama!

He was pretty bummed that my camera wasn’t working well and run out of batteries taking these after pics as he really wanted more shots of him showing his muscles!

It was hilarious.

    ok im all mixed up with all these email i wont to lose weight i weigh 67 kilos and have a pear shape body and wont to be thin and musciler headding to my goal as nearly like a body boilder can u help me haw should i jion and what should i jion ect ect
