    Holly,

    I’m sorry but I’m still confused how this differs from being a FYM member and getting a DVD each month. I know with the offer you are doing now you don’t get the E-book but what are the other differences. I’m reading that with this offer you are also getting a monthly DVD. Please clarify. Thank you. Also, please clarify the difference between the basic and deluxe package.

    Let’s see if I can help clarify this for you.

    If you are a Fit Club member and have been for quite some time, then this is not the package for you – as I have explained in the ClubFYM forums.

    If you do not have the DVDs listed due to being new to Fit Club, then you just need to decide if you would like back issues of DVD workouts or not.

    and no – - – you do not get monthly recurring DVDs if you purchase the DVD package. I really am not sure where you see this . This is a one time package purchase.

    Basic has 3 DVDs
    Deluxe has 9

    If I want different workouts every 4 weeks then I need to join the FYM club? I’ve been told in order to get results you need to change your workout every 4-6 weeks so it seems like joining the FYM club will accomplish that goal, correct? Thank you, Holly for answering my questions.

    Yes, you rotate through the DVDs every 4 weeks…..
    So if you have 3 DVDs – you have a possible 3 months of workouts.
    If you have 9 – you have 9 months.

    Up to you to be a member of ClubFYM for additional support and ongoing resources.

    Hi Holly,
    The dvd package sounds good and comprehensive. So, my situation is as follows: I’ve never been athletic or a regular exerciser. I’m also not a mommy. I’m 36,5’8″, 248lbs and just super-UNfit and overweight. I haven’t seriously exercised in years and am really weak and easily fatigued. Don’t have any serious health issues but can tell that the excess 100 lbs are a severe strain on my feet, kneees etc… Do you think the dvd package may be appropriate for me?

    I’m trying to purchase the basic system. I live in Canada and my province is not listed in the State field. I cannot complete the order without putting something in this field! Help!!! Time is running out….

    Hi,

    I hope you get this email on time. I’m uncertain if this DVD system is right for me. I do believe it to be great, but I’m already using your exercises (3-4X)per week. I don’t need to lose fat. Basically I just want to maintain the results that I have achieved. Please tell me if the DVDs that you are offering are designed to do that. Thanks.

    While the best exercises are the best exercises and work for both men and women – I am really not sure any guy wants to admit to doing the “Fit Yummy Mummy” workouts.

    Please keep in mind that I have maintained my body for the past 4 years – and yes, I follow my own workouts.

    Imagine my dissapointment when I download mail today only to see that the deadline to order the DVD package was on Friday already and to add salt to injury….that they are sold out!!! so when can we expect to be able to order them – in the meantime I will just follow my routine based on your excellent advice!!
