Intervals are all about your experience. One is not better than the other-  what matters most is that you are consistent and following the guidelines.

Just to clarify - 30-30 for 8 rounds would be a total of 8 minutes.

60-60 for 8 rounds would be 16 minutes.

The amount of time you spend is up to you and the intensity at which you perform.

The heart of your results comes from your clean eating habits and your strength training program. Intervals are just a nice bonus.</description>

I&#039;m also able to do my intervals even when I&#039;m going to our log cabin for the week-end in the winter; I put on my snow suit and do jumping jacks in a snowmobile trail in the woods!!! Gym is over for me!
