Chocolate Almond Banana Smoothie
1 scoop Prograde Lean Chocolate Meal Replacement 135 cal
1 cup almond milk (I use unsweetened) 40 cal
1/2 banana 40 cal
1 TBS almond butter 80 cal
Blend and Enjoy!
Comes in right about 300 calories – you can tweak the servings to increase the calories if needed.
Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie
2 scoops Prograde Lean Chocolate Meal Replacement 270 cal
1/2 cup to 1 cup frozen raspberries 35 – 70 cal
If you have fresh mint – gotta add this too!
Blend and Enjoy!
Comes in just a little over 300 calories. A refreshing pick me up too when you add the mint!
Cocoa Oats
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 TBSP Almond Butter
1 Scoop Prograde Lean Chocolate Meal Replacement
1-2 TBSP water or “milk”
Mix and enjoy – no I do not cook the oats. I think of this like a No Bake Cookie.

Chocolate is one of those things that if you’re going to have it you HAVE to have the best! In order to satisfy my chocolate cravings I allow myself 1 oz of really good chocolate 3 times per week. This way I never feel deprived and I feel really good about my choice. Dark chocolate rocks and in small doses is very good for you!
I somewhat agree Janice – however it is very hard for many of us to keep chocolate in the house and one have 1 piece.
This goes for any type of tempting food.
I am simply sharing Chocolate Meal Replacement as a safe alternative.
If you and others have the self control to keep the real stuff around and only have what you say you have – then more power to you.
Based on the struggles the women in the forums at ClubFYM tell me about – I know this is not the case for the majority of women who are seeking fat loss results.
I agree with Janice. Plus, I honestly don’t agree with any meal replacements at all, I’m trying my best to eat whole foods and nothing overly processed and something bothers me about anything called a meal replacement. I know that’s part of the FYM program that you recommend, but that part of it just isn’t for me. If I’m going to have chocolate, I’m going to have the real stuff, and if I know it’s too tempting(which it usually is), I’ll get my hubby to hide it from me(or take it with him to work since he doesn’t like chocolate, lol!).
My favorite chocolate is the Endangered Species Black Panther bar (88% cocoa content). I have fairly good willpower so I can limit myself to 2-3 squares at a time. This is about 1/5 of a bar. Also someday I will try the Prograde Meal replacement but a month ago I bought a case of ‘Show Me the Whey’–a protein powder made exclusively for the Sacramento Natural Foods Coop. The chocolate flavor is wonderful and the ingredients and nutrients compare quite favorably with Prograde.

I live in South Africa and wonder if you can tell me if Prograde is available here? I would love to try it. Some of the “Health foods” contains all kinds of weird chemicals and artificial sweeteners that just can’t be good for you.
Is prograde available in Australia yet???? I really would love to give that Lean a go!!!! I have found a protien powder that comes in the Choc flavour that doesn’t contain artifical sweetners in it in Aus. it is called – Isowhey Complete by Pharma foods. Does anyone know anything about this product, good or bad??
