Here Is How To Burn More Fat And Calories Fast…

You have to BOOST your metabolism and get your body to BURN more calories.

Please do NOT make the Mistake in Thinking the fast track to fat loss is CARDIO – Heck NO!

It is RESISTANCE Training! Work your MUSCLE and not only will you get stronger, feel more energized and reshape your body…You will be burning MORE calories 24-7!

YES – the KEY to Boosting your Metabolism is Improving Your Muscle! The only way to Improve your Muscle it to CHALLENGE your muscle.

Cardio simply does NOT do this for you….SURE cardio has benefits but it only burns calories WHILE you DO it – then tapers off and STOPS burning calories.

While Resistance Training makes your body BURN More Calories ALL DAY and NIGHT!

What is Resistance Training?

Resistance training – also know as weight or strength training or “lifting weights” – is the only form of exercise that can fire up your metabolism and create the lean, toned, defined body shape you are after.

Resistance training is any form of exercise that forces your muscles to work harder than they are used to in order to improve or increase the amount of lean muscle in your body.

Muscle is your Metabolism

The more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn, the easier it is to reach your fat loss goals. And NO – - - cardio alone is NOT going to provide you with this goal.

And NO Ladies – you absoLUTELY will NOT get Bulky!

Please see >>> “The Truth about Women, Weights and Getting Bulky”.

You must move and challenge ALL the muscles in your body in order to increase strength, boost your metabolism and reshape your body. The moves you use can range from body weight exercises such as squats and push ups to moves that use equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls and bands.

The key to an effective resistance training program is to challenge the major muscle groups of your body with each workout so you improve strength and endurance. This means that your workouts should not feel easy or comfortable PLUS you must change your workout plan up every 3 to 4 weeks to prevent hitting a plateau.

I posted a video above of some of my favorite resistance training moves you can do in your own living room to show you how quick and simple resistance training really is!

All you need is a couple dumbbells, a stability ball and a mat!

As always…If you are new to resistance training (as always please consult your DR – especially if you have any existing/pre-existing injuries, I am unable to assess you online) then I suggest you just start out doing these moves withOUT weight – trust me – you will feel the effects – as should be result of ANY challenging resistance training workout plan you follow.

Change up your workout to make Resistance Training your PRIORITY and be AMAZED at how QUICKLY your body Changes SHAPE!

    Hi Holly,

this video looks awesome. I can’t wait to take it to the gym and get my workout on! :) Everything you said in this post is so true…and it has made such a difference to how my body looks…I am so much more sculpted than I have been before and it’s all from doing strength/resistance training exercises…I have gotten stronger and have more stamina…thanks for opening my eyes :) I was never too big on cardio anyway because I find it soo boring, so this was a God-send to me LOL :) Do a few intervals really quickly and strength training otherwise…a great combination. Thanks.
