Yes….the dreaded Muffin Top – also known as “jelly belly” -that annoying fat that rolls over and makes up our Mommy Belly – the one area we wish could magically melt away!
Dani was so motivated by her initial success she decided to re-evaluate her goals and put more effort into her Fit Yummy Mummy plan for the past 12 weeks – and look at her now!
“Hello to all the Wonderful Fit Yummy Mummy’s out there!
For those that don’t know me, well I am one of the slack or most laziest, keep-on-making-excuses FYM’s from back in the days
) … in fact it’s been since Jan 08 that I joined ClubFYM.
So what I decided to do 12 weeks ago was create my own challenge.
I had to trick my brain a bit and tell my brain it wasn’t really a Transformation Challenge so my body, heart and soul worked it for the past 12 weeks!
The complete Fit Yummy Mummy program itself is amazing!!!!! It’s me that isn’t or wasn’t diligent in doing it 100% and I will confess I didn’t do it 100% this time around either HOWEVER I AM TRYING!!!!
I’d like to call it my Transformation “Phase 1″ Challenge to even get up early in the mornings and plan a day of exercise or even a meal and don’t forget the little joys in our life with school etc…our wonderful husbands, our work and you all know the other items on our daily list.
So….what I have decided to do is stick to a workout commitment at least!
When I say workouts I mean dedicated rain, hail or shine to the Fit Yummy Mummy workouts and keep moving. However my eating choices haven’t been too great but I am seriously working on that.
The workouts are testament and I can only imagine how many calls I will be getting from agents to be the cover girl of the next Body Builders magazine
ha ha (for those of you that know my humour! LOL) if only I can combine the entire Fit Yummy Mummy system I will be one smoking, hot, healthy, fit, yummy mummy.
I know I really need to make more of an effort to connect WITH YOU ALL on a daily or weekly basis, as it is YOU that I need to encourage me to do this the RIGHT way and stick to the FYM program 100%. This is such a great and healthy new lifestyle and I am going to try my hardest to make the changes for me and for my family.
I wish you all the success with this amazing women’s health and weight loss system Holly has created for us. She is truly my hero!!

Best Way to Begin to Lose Your Mommy Belly? Goal Setting!
“Now this isn’t something I did when joining FYM so I can officially say, I got lost….without vision and seeing it daily it will disappear or take you a while to get back on track. So I have not only got my goals on the back door of our bedroom (besides Heidi Klum and some other model type bodies I’m aspiring to) also on our fridge.
So here it goes………….

~ To feel and look good inside and out and not always depend on my metabolism which has always made me appear to look thin.
~Change my lifestyle habits and not fall in the category of:
“Oh you’ve just had a baby so expect your body to have access baggage”.
~Ensure my bad eating habits don’t resurface AGAIN! Regardless whether I am sick, on holidays or just craving sweet stuff!
~ I want to achieve 100% WILLPOWER and DETERMINATION so I will succeed and not live through others that have made it.
~Healthy choice. Set an example to my family and friends by eating supporting meals AT ALL TIMES!!!! I just can’t be trusted with an entire block of chocolate or a restaurant plate full of food. I need to take control and ownership otherwise I will slip back into my old habits again and keep wishing for a “Yummy Mummy” body to appear miraculously!!!
~ Be active. I want to stay in shape and plan my weekly workouts to ensure they get done. Write down why I missed out on them an dhow to change my mind set next time it happens.
~Time Management and practise a little selfish habit called ” DANI’S TIME OUT”. So I can regularly plan our weekly meals, my workouts and of course update all you wonderful FYM’s.”
