Post Baby Body Fat Loss Update!
I’m excited to share that just about 6 months after having Baby Alexander, I reached my pre-baby weight!
The photo above is a quick snap shot of me just before he was born – I was 38 weeks in this one.
The following photos show Day 6 postpartum side by side with my 6 Month Post Baby Body ”After” photos.
Now, I’ve been sharing my post baby transformation in the forums of ClubFYM and I have to tell you…..this has been one of THE most helpful strategies I have implemented into my Post Baby Body fat loss plan.
Workouts and nutrition aside (for these are the obvious fat loss factors) I was unable to appreciate the sheer power of having a support system and the accountability that comes along with it until I was placed on the receiving end.

I actually established the habit of posting the steps I was taking WHILE I was pregnant for this time around I was determined to do it RIGHT (vs gaining 50 pounds like I did with Tyler). It was then natural to continue to post updates after Alexander’s arrival.
The past 6 months have been such a blessing – not only getting to share Alexander with everyone, but also getting to know me and my body in a completely different way and thus developing a whole new level of respect for what a woman’s body is capable of – which is another super important reason I made every effort to track my progress so I could pass along the helpful tips and strategies to YOU!
Today, I’m sharing my results and over the next couple weeks I’ll be outlining steps you can take to get YOUR body back after baby….and for many moms, it’s an even BETTER Body!

waist 32.75…26 – bye bye over 6 inches off belly
hips 39….34.5 – see ya over ’bout 5 inches off butt
16 pounds removed!
Total weight gained throughout my pregnancy was 31 pounds- I weighed 146 the day we went to the hospital.
And yes – I do say “After” in quotes for now that the post baby body weight is GONE, my new focus is regaining my pre-baby strength PLUS the added tone and definition that comes with the achievement of this goal!
