    Loved to see this the night before I do IT with my 8 and 12 kg kettlebells! I like alternating two handed and one handed swings; maybe i’ll try high pulls and that windmill-thingie. Can’t wait for the DVD pack. Will it be downloadable?

    Hey Superwoman! Guess we won’t be arm wresting any time soon but I should put that on my list. Haven’t worked with kettlebells in awhile. Started back over the weekend and all I can say is OUCH! I am super sore which means I had a good workout. Thanks to you, again, Holly! Lookin forward to the new DVD’s!

    That is is really good, I liked it a lot and will definitely do it but will start with an 8 kg kettlebell since thats what I have and gradually move to the 12 and 16 kg which has gone on my shopping list now.

    wow thats some weight, i will try with lower weights, else i will end up spraining my muscles and back. DVDs will be gr8 to buy!
