Yep! Pull out your camera and take the EVER so dreaded before photo.

Not only do you need to get honest about where you are right now…this new perspective will instantly become etched in your mind and drive you to Do What It Takes to see some positive changes.

This is the secret that allows me to DO and STICK To my workout routine- no matter HOW busy I get….No matter HOW much work I have to do….No matter what weather is like….it makes me jump up and Just Do it!

When you truly love what you do, you will keep doing it!

    Great motivational tips here! It’s so important to find ways to enjoy working out. If you think of it as a chore, or something you HAVE to do, you’ll make it a lower priority in your life. Workingout can and should be fun, that’s what I always tell my clients. Mixing up your workout routine is a great way to do that, and it helps you hit as many parts of the body as possible. Thanks for helping people see exercise in a different (better) way.
