I love incorporating quotes during challenges to serve as reminders and even mantras to help moms stay on track and this one resonated with me – especially after all I experienced and shared with the FYMs during our Fitness Adventure in Colorado a couple weeks ago.

While I have my own thoughts on what this means to me – I am reaching out to get your thoughts so I may create an even more powerful transformation challenge experience – and in turn my help to spark something inside of YOU to take the risk – take action and make a positive difference with your body shaping goals.

This is a fabulous variation on the typical Overnight Oats recipe.

The trick to this super fast, filling and energizing breakfast is to prepare it the night before.

Rather than simply measuring out a serving of uncooked rolled oats and adding plain old water or milk, try whipping up one of your favorite smoothie recipes and adding THIS as your liquid. Place in refrigerator to soak up all the flavor and goodness so when you wake in the morning, all you have to do is stir and add a topping or two.
