Eating more greens is a fabulous fat loss strategy.

In my home greens are used for Green Smoothies and Salads so we purchase our greens in big containers – typically a container of Spinach and a container of Mixed Greens. Only problem is that there is not enough room in the fridge. This is how I came up with my Salad Saver Tip. Transfer your greens into a gallon sized ziplock baggie as a space saver and a greens saver, for your greens stay fresher longer!
