This is so sad, because eating healthy foods doesn’t have to cost more! In fact, it can cost less.

Ever get the crunchy munchies?
I will be the first to admit my weakness is Potato Chips….specifically…”Mystic Chips” from Sam’s club.
My all time favorite “cheat foods” are absolutely potato chips…but I cannot eat them often and stay lean and fit! I can however turn to one of my favorite healthy alternatives to the potato chip – one that satisfies my crunchy munchies!
