		<description>Great Job Katie!  I&#039;m still trying to lose mine from November 08.  I did try the GM Diet for a week, that was a shock to my body.  Though I did lose 5bls, at a cost of feeling tired all the time.  So I have been trying to stick to Holly&#039;s workout with my 10bls weights and Yoga.  I have family near Orldano, FL.  How&#039;s the weather out there I bet it&#039;s really hot out.
